CHAPTER 52

FORGIVE (3rd POV)

IN THE EAST side of the mountain, Lucien along with Markus and the triplets are busy fighting their enemies.

Lucien clawed and broke his enemy's limbs while Markus, who shifted to his wolf form is fighting two werewolf-vampire hybrids.

After finishing his opponent, Lucien went on to assist his Beta. He dashes towards the hybrid that is now clinging to Markus' back. Just before the hybrid pierces his claw on Markus, Lucien leaps onto the hybrid and claws his chest as soon as they both land on the ground.

Meanwhile, on the west side of the mountain, Synth and his Beta, Cyran, shifted into their wolf form to fight the beastly rogues in front of them.

Synth and Cyran growled before launching themselves at their opponents
Their growls and bites echoed in the air like a melody of death.

Hindi naman nagtagal at unti-unti ng nauubos ang kalaban.

"Alpha Synth!"

Nakuha ng atensyon ni Synth ang biglaang pagdating ng isang warrior.

Since they can't use their mind links, Synth faces the man and signals him to talk further.

"Galing ako sa field at pinadala ako ni Alpha Drago para ipaalam na tapos na ang duel. Lazarus is dead and now his pack is fighting with Alpha Drago to defeat the prince's men."

Hindi maiwasang magulat ni Synth mula sa narinig. Kahit ang ibang warriors niya ay nagulat rin sa balita.

"Alpha Lucien and his warriors are now also heading to the field since they have already defeated their enemies," the warrior added.

Synth wanted to know more about what happened but they need to take care of their enemies first. Since they have already defeated most of their enemies, he signaled his men to aid Drago and the others.

Nang masigurong wala ng natirang kalaban ay nilisan na ng mga warriors ang lugar. Synth was the last person to leave, but he was halted by four werewolves before he could follow his men.

KANINA PA NAKASIMANGOT si Savannah habang hinihintay si Luther. Umalis kasi ito para masigurong nagawa ng bampirang si Magnus ang plano niya.

According to Luther, Magnus prepared a parting gift for Viktoria. A gift for her treachery. Savannah has no inkling about the vampire's plan against his protégé but she does know that his plan is something evil. 

After a while, Luther showed up. When Luther grinned at the sight of her irritated expression, she rolled her eyes.

"What now?!" she asked with impatience.

Luther shook his head while eyeing Savannah. "The duel is done and Lazarus was no more. Now his men are working with Drago to fight us."

Savannah was surprised to hear the news. It was unexpected. "Who killed him? Was it Magnus or his brother?"

Luther didn't answer her so she went on by asking another question. "So what's the next move?"

"Follow me."

Savannah was unable to see Luther's smirk as he quickly turned his body. Unbeknownst to Savannah, her companion is plotting something against her. Something she will certainly enjoy.

SYNTH IS STILL in his wolf form, fighting the werewolves who stopped him earlier. Fortunately, two of his warriors came back, and now they were able to help him fight.
