Pippin x Reader

You were curled up in a nice warm blanket on your couch with a nice cup of hot tea in front of the warm fire. Today had been horrible you always hated how judgmental hobbits were especially the women, always making fun of you for not knowing how to cook or not like cleaning. 

But in the end it didnt matter you always had pippin by your side he always made you feel better. It didnt help that you had just realized you had feelings for the boy but yet it also made it better. 

You then heard a knock at the door 

"Come in"you said groaning you didnt want to be bothered 

You heard the door slam loudly and someone rush in before slamming something on the kitchen counter. Pippin then came runnign in and sitting beside you 

"hey Y/n" he said trying to catch his breath

"You were in farmer maggots crops again werent you"

A guilty expression began forming. You knew he had he could never keep anything from you. 

"Ok maybe merry and I were just having a little bit of fun but-"

"Oh please save it you dummy" you said smiling 

He returned your soft smile and sat with his legs crossed sitting so close to you. Without thinking you rested your head on his shoulder

"Um y/n"Realizing what you had done you pulled away 

"S-sorry I just-"

"Had a bad day"

You looked up at him in surprise he had finished your sentence knowing exactly what you were thinking he never knew what you were thinking especially when you were sad because it never seemed like he noticed when you were sad

"You can go ahead I dont mind"

You rested your head back on his shoulder and take a sigh of relief. 

"Pip"

"Hm"

You looked up a little to see his eyes meeting yours

"Im really glad I have you"he looked confused 

"M-me"

You nodded and his face went a light shade of pink. You scooted closer to him and in return he wrapped his arm around you internally freaking out. Looking up at him once more you lean into him ready for a kiss hoping he wouldnt mind.

And of course he didnt, he leaned down as well to kiss you back. Ever so slowly your lips finally touched. He leaned in further wrapping one arm around you and pulling you closer. Once the kiss was broken e hugged you so tightly you felt as if your windpipe would be crushed. 

"Um Pip i-i cant breathe"

He loosened his grip and rested his head there on your shoulder, you rubbed his back with one hand and played with his hair in the other hand. 

"You dont know how long ive been waiting for that" pippin exclaimed and chuckled a little 

"hehe yea me too"

Immediately his head shot up, his hands grabbing onto your shoulders and his yes looking into yours

"Wait youve been waiting for that too, you like me even before this?!?!"

All you could do is nod and look down playing with your fingers and the rings on them. That night was the best night of your life no worrying about the anxiety of telling him because instead he was by your side at the fire cuddling right next to you.
