Arwens daughter x Legolas

A/n: I know in the last legolas x reader you were arwens daughter but this is another story I thought of of you being Elronds granddaughter so yea 

Your room had a wonderful view of the front side of Rivendell making it just so beautiful, which is what you did most days just look outside hoping one of the two peole you loved would return to see you. 

Your mother, Arwen who had passed some time ago lookign outside and admiring scenery reminded you of how much she loved the outside world 

And the love of your life, Legolas. It had been quite some time since youd seen him almost a year since hes been traveling middle earth to destroy the ring the clung onto the young hobbit you met at the meeting circle to discuss what youd even do with it. but youd give anything to be held in his arms once more. You just hoped he was safe 

Staring out into the open you heard your door opening, looking back into your room from your balcony you saw your grandfather standing there

"Good afternoon y/n"

"Good afternoon grandfather"

He smiled joining your side at the balcony

"Will you ever get bored of doing this every day"

"No, no I wont"

You traced your fingers over the carvings in the balcony railing not knwoing whether you wanted Legolas or your mother more right now. 

"Who do you wish to see" You couldnt keep a single secret from him 

"Mother maybe, or maybe its him im not sure......maybe both"

He placed his hand on yours and gave you a smile before returning to whatever he had been doing. Looking out into Rivendell made you sad, walking away from the balcony you felt your fingers slowly one by one release themselves from the railing.

Sitting on your bed reading books, time flied as hours and hours went passed you soon heard the sound of horses enter the gateways from outside. Perking your head up, you put your book down and make your way to the balcony. 

Peering down you didnt see the horses or hear them figuring they had already been taken into the guests stable you decide to head to the throne room where your grandfather would be.

Walking down the stairs you entered the throne room. 

"Grandfather who is here I heard hor-"

Once fully in the room and opening your eyes to what was going on around you you saw your Grandfather greeting Lord Thranduil, and there by his side was Legolas. 

"Legolas!"

You both ran to each other until you were in his arms once more, sweeping you up off your feet he spun you around. Once you were put down neither of you parted from the hug. It had been almost a year since you had seen him and he was finally back.

"Oh my, Legolas your back your really back" You said trying not to cry 

"Yes yes I am" He said pulling you back into his arms 

You could feel Thranduils eyes on you both with a dirty look. He never liked the idea of you two at all, which is why he came to see Elrond.

"Theres so many things I want to show you and tell you a-and" You kept rambling on and on until you turn to Elrond 

"Grandfather may i?"you said with a big smile

He nodded in agreement and Legolas turned to Thranduil

"Father may I?"
