LOTR/TH Oneshots and Preferences

Who said ILY first

Frodo: 
He did. You two were just having a wonderful time having a small picnic on the forest laughing and talking about interests and personal opinions, when Frodo directed the conversation to your relationship. He went on about how amazing you were and how lucky he got and why he was so infatuated with you when he paused and finally said ily. You smiled and said it back and he pulled you into a kiss (this was also your first kiss story) 

Sam: 
You did. It had been a wild journey so far and you all were halfway up the volcano. You all decided to stop and take a break and just rest for a bit. You couldnt sleep you tossed and turned in your sleeping bag and eventually you couldnt take it you climbed out and took yourself to the ledge of the ground you were on and sat looking over everything, Sam sat beside you agreeing it was hard to sleep. Silence filled the air when you finally burst out saying ily to him he held your hand and said it back and for a while you two just sat there not even caring you were at the edge of a volcano 

Merry: 
He did. He wanted to make the first move before you did because he thought it wasnt right you could have possibly ended up saying it first. So one day when you guys were just messing around with Pippin one day after hiding from someone you had pranked he looked at you to see you just laughing your head off and he said ily, what he didnt realize is he interrupted you because right then and there you were gonna say it too. You told him thats what you were gonna say and you laughed again as Merry felt a little bit embarrassed you pushed it aside and said it back

Pippin: 
You two never officially said ily, and if you did you couldnt remember. Pippin gets really insecure about himself and if you really like him or not so there will just be those days where you hold him in your arms and explain to him why you fell in love with him in the first place, other times it would be because he thought he almost lost you and pulled you into his arms saying how much he loved you so it was never really official like everyone else it was just a subconscious standard  

Legolas: 
He did. You were on a mission and it was nearly sunset when you two came across a river, you decided it wouldnt hurt to take off your shoes and just play around for a little bit before you had to go. You guys had a little water fight and you got soaked as you ran around each other dodging each other. You two ended up laughing and you just stood there in front of each other. It was then he noticed how the pinks and oranges in the sky took effect on your smile and he just took both your hands in his it went silent and he said ily, you said it back and splashed him with water again the water fight began once again 

Bilbo: 
You did. Bilbo wasnt having the best day and stress had taken him over. He didnt eat or drink anything since that morning and you had noticed how lightheaded and pale he looked, you took his arm and guided him to his kitchen setting him down. You let him talk about what was happening as you made him tea and a little snack. Once it was done you set it in front of him as he was still rambling on you put your hands on his shoulders said ily and kissed his cheek. He got really surprised and stopped talking. You began to leave the room and you said youd be right back as he just sat there confused as he asked you to explain, he sat there for a bit red faced just contemplating. (omg I am so making this a story stop bc why am I a simp)
