Brand New Beginning

Chapter Seventeen

                             I was somewhere in a huge field when somebody took my hand. I looked and saw Seht smiling at me, I smiled back and we ran through the forest. We laughed and it seemed like we couldn't be seperated. Suddenly thunder boomed up ahead of us, we looked up then I felt the rain. Lightning flashed in the sky, I screamed and hid my face in Seths chest. Suddenly his grip tightened and then gripped my arm really hard. I winced and looked up but screamed at the face. He was no longer Seth, he was my father. He gripped my arm tighter and glared at me, I winced at the sight but he was too strong. He threw me against the nearest tree, lightning flashed and I saw his red eyes pearing down at me. He kneeled in front of me, "you shouldn't have run away" he said then bite me. I screamed and then he bit me several more times. I heard the wolves circle us and snarl at him, Seth's wolf jumped and tackled my dad then the other wolves joined him. My father grabbed Seth and threw him across the forest, he grabbed Sam and broke his neck in a snap. I tried to scream but I couldn't. One by one he killed every one, I tried to get up but something was holding me down. Suddenly Seth appeared and tackled him down, I screamed at him to run but they kept on fighting. They fought for what seemed like hours but then suddenly my dad grabbed Seth by the neck and snapped it.

       I woke up gasping for breath and clung to the first thing I found. I looked around and tried to remeber where I was. Then the thing I grabbed moved and I looked up to see Seth sleeping, his arms were around my waist and I realized I was clinging to his shirt. I sighed and snuggled into him, I was safe and so was he. He shifted then opened his eyes, he looked down at me and smiled. "Goodmorning Beautiful" he said, I smiled. "Goodmorning" I replied and leaned against his chest. He stretched and then hugged me, "What time is it?" he asked. I looked at the clock, "It's nine o'clock" I replied looking up at him. He smiled then kissed my forehead, I blushed then looked down. "I'm sorry" he said then removed his arms from around my waist. "It's ok, I don't mind" I replied holding his hand. He squeezed my hand and with his other traced patterns on my arm. "Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked. "Yes" I replied and looked up at him. He had the biggest smile on his face which made me giggle. He laughed and picked me up and set me on his lap again. Leaning against him felt right, he wrapped his arm around my waist again. "I think it's time to get up" I said starting to untangle myself from him. "Aww" he whined and held on tighter, I giggled and wiggled my way free. I stood up and stretched, my back popped a couple times then I turned and looked at Seth who was pouting. I laughed and turned around, I heard the bed springs then suddenly I was being engolfed in a huge hug.

        I burst out laughing and tried to break his grasp. I tried to tear out of his grasp but we ended up falling on the ground. The door burst open and Leah marched in, "Breakfast is ready" she said then walked out. We froze and just layed there before we snapped out of it. I got up and he followed, "Umm guess we should go down and eat" Seth said running his hand through his hair. I nodded and started to walk out, he followed but when I reached the stairs I let him go down first. When we were in the living room it smelled of bacon and pancakes. I wasn't all that hungry but there is always time for bacon. We walked into the kitchen hand in hand, Leah seemed to glare at our hands but didn't say anything. "Morning mom" Seth said hugging his mom. "Goodmorning Seth, goodmoring Nicollete" Sue said smiling hugging us both. "Goodmorning" I whispered and hugged her back. Seth pulled out a chair for me, I smiled and sat down. He scooted me in then sat in the chair next to me, he got me a plate and served me bacon and two pancakes. I smiled waited for Sue and Leah to sit down and eat. Once everyone was seated we ate, it was very quiet. I ate all my bacon then finished my pancakes, Seth and Leah were already working on their fourth pancake and didn't look like they were close to finishing with just four. I stopped eating after my second pancake and helped Sue clean up while Seth and Leah were finishing up. "Thank you for helping me" Sue said while handing me plates to dry. "No problem" I replied shrugged and drying the dishes with my speed. The phone rang and Sue went to get it, I finished drying the plates then sat next to Seth who looked like he was in a food coma. I poked his cheek which startled him and almost fell of his seat. I laughed and helped him balance on his chair, he smiled but didn't do anything back because he could hardly move.
