"where are you going?" andrea said as amy stood up "i have to pee. jeez, you try to be discreet around here." amy said making everyone around the fire laugh. "we're out of toilet paper?" amy said with a tone of question in her voice, then there was screaming, lillian looked and saw a walker bite into amy's arm.
before everyone in the camp started to scream and scatter away, shane, jim, morales, and dale started to kill the walkers in sight while lillian held onto stella, she saw rick, daryl, glenn, and t-dog arrive back at camp, shooting the walkers trying to help with the problem. daryl walked over and placed a hand ontop of stella's head and lightly ruffled her hair as they watch andrea and amy sadly.
stella pushed her head into her mothers stomach and cried, daryl didn't leave their side at all that night, no one had slept that night, the grief over washing them all at the thought of the people they had lost. andrea had stayed with amy the whole night which had started to worry the group, lori went to go and talk to andrea while the rest of them say by the small fire, glenn, t-dog, and daryl were going and making sure everyone was dead and that they wouldn't come back as walkers.
eventually stella fell asleep in her mothers arms with tears staining her cheeks, rick went to go and talk to andrea but got a gun pulled on him instead. "y'all can't be serious, let that girl hamstring us? the dead girls a time bomb." daryl said pointing towards amy and andrea "what do you suggest?" rick asked, daryl walking a bit closer to rick "take the shot. clean, in the brain from here. hell, i can hit a turkey between the eyes from this distance." he said "no. for gods sake, let her be." lori said.
"a walker got him, a walker bit jim." jacqui said worry lacing her voice, lillian would get up to see what was going on if it weren't for stella being asleep. she didn't pay attention to what was going on with jim and the rest of the group, instead she looked at her daughter sadly and brush a hand through her hair hair.
lillian would've put stella in the tent but she was scared to have her out of sight, she watched andrea and amy, she noticed the confused look andreas face before the realization, she gently placed stella on the folding couch chair that was out and started to walk over when amy had grabbed andreas hair and started growling.
she looked away when she saw andrea pull out the gun, not looking back until she heard the gunshot lillian looked over to stella who stirred but fell back asleep, she and daryl got into the truck that the bodies had been loaded in, dale said he would watch stella so she could go and help. daryl drove up to where shane and rick were digging.
"i still think it's a mistake not burnin' these bodies." daryl said as they walked over to the two "it's what we said we do, right? burn em' all, wasn't that the idea" daryl said again "at first." shane said "chinaman gets all emotional," he said "he's korean." lillian corrected. "whatever, he says it's not the thing to do, we just follow him along? these people need to know who the hell's in charge here, what the rules are." daryl said.
"there are no rules." rick replied, she noticed that by the truck everyone from camp had joined them, including stella. "well, that's a problem. we haven't had one minute to hold onto anything of our old selves. we need time to mourn. and we need to bury our dead." lori said looking at her husband.
"mom, we're not going to die right?" stella said "we'll be okay." she replied to her daughter as the majority of the group buried the bodies, she watched along the sidelines beside daryl as andrea and dale placed amy in the grave. lillian played with the two necklaces on her neck as everyone walked away from the grave sight after having buried amy.
"worried?" daryl asked, as carl walked over asking stella to go and play something "for stella? yeah, i am." she said with a nod as she watched her daughter. "i couldn't imagine havin' a kid durin' all this." daryl replied "yeah, it's scary." she said while looking at daryl before looking away once again.
