lillian hadn't gotten the amount of sleep she should've, she looked over to stella who had been fast asleep still with a smile on her face she got changed into a pair of dark jeans and a white top since she could already feel the sun beating down on her. she wasn't the only one awake, so she did her laundry as well as stella's alongside carol. eventually rick woke up and walked around, saying hello to everyone.

shane pulled up in his jeep with the water that he had left to get, she heard screaming, she saw stella get out of the tent and follow the group as they ran towards carl, she told stella to stay back with lori and carl as she went to go and investigate alongside, shane, rick, and glenn. they saw a walker eating into a deer, lillian felt sick to her stomach, like she could throw up and any point in time.

the group starting beating into the walker, lillian standing back alongside andrea and amy "this is the first one we've had up here, they never come this far up the mountain." dale said with worry evident in his voice. "well, they're running out of food in the city, that's what." jim said, then loud footsteps and crunching of leaves came about making minority of the people hold up their weapons in the direction of the noise.

she saw daryl "son of a bitch." he said while walking closer "that's my deer! look at it. all gnawed on by this.. filthy, disease bearing, motherless poxy bastard!" daryl said angrily while kicking into the dead walker. "calm down, son. that's not helping." dale said while lillian walked closer, she noticed stella walk closer to the walker and crouch down towards it.

"hey, stell, don't touch that" lillian said, stella looked up to her mom with a mischievous look in her eyes before poking the head of the walker "do you not know what don't touch that means?" lillian said while gripping onto stella's arm and dragging her closer and away from the walker. "sorry mom" stella said "you ain't sorry for shit." lillian said quietly.

she noticed daryl walk towards the dead deer once again "i've been tracking this deer for miles." he said while pulling the arrows out of the dead corpse. "gonna drag it back to camp, cook us up some venison. what do you think? think we can cut around this chewed up part right here?" he said while looking at the group "fuck no." stella said earning a small slap on the back of the head from her mother for swearing.

though lillian didn't really care about stella swearing since it technically was the end of the world. "that's a damn shame. i got some squirrel- about a dozen or so. that'll have to do." daryl said before killing the walker that the group failed to do, before walking away.

"merle! merle! get your ugly ass out here! i got us some squirrel! let's stew 'em up." daryl said while walking to the camp and placing his crossbow down. "daryl, just slow up a bit. i need to talk to you." shane said "'bout what?" daryl replied "about merle." shane said walking closer to daryl. "there was a- there was a problem in atlanta." shane said "he dead?" the younger dixon brother asked.

"we're not sure." shane replied. "he either is or he ain't!" daryl yelled "no easy way to say this, so i'll just say it." rick said walking closer to daryl. "who are you?" daryl asked "rick grimes" rick replied, introducing himself. "rick grimes, you got something you wanna tell me?" daryl said "your brother was a danger to us all, so i handcuffed him in a roof, hooked him to a piece of metal. he's still there." rick said making glenn place a hand on stella's shoulder.

"hold on. let me process this. you're saying you handcuffed my brother to a roof and you left him there?!" daryl yelled "yeah." rick replied making daryl throw the squirrels at rick but he managed to duck in time. lillian looked away for a second and daryl was in a chokehold on the ground. "you best let me go!" daryl yelled. "nah, i think it's better if i don't" shane said. "chokeholds illegal." daryl said "you can file a complaint." shane replied. rick talked calmly to daryl, as did the group, she knew daryl was upset, anyone would be.
