028 | dead or alive.

"you just got shot in the fucking head, what are you doing?" lillian asked as she followed daryl into the stable "i'm fine, it grazed me." daryl replied "you have to heal." lillian said with confusion and worried evident on her face and in her voice. "yeah, i don't care." daryl said "okay, then don't care, but think of the people who do." lillian said.

"daryl, stop it." lillian continued making him look at her "what do you want from me, woman?" daryl asked, a small bit of anger in his voice "first, don't call me that, second i want you to actually care about your own health! you could go out there and get hurt even more, just stop and think for five minutes, what's the chance of actually finding sophia? alive and well?" lillian said calmly.

"not you too, please. i'm going to find her." daryl said with almost a tone of desperation in his voice. "and if you don't?" lillian asked causing him to look at her "we can't lose you, i can't, stella can't." lillian said before daryl walked out angrily, leaving her alone in the stables. after a few minutes before leaving the stables herself.

she saw stella and carl laughing like there was no tomorrow which brought a smile upon lillian's face.  she didn't know where daryl went, she couldn't help but feel upset, she didn't know why she was upset but she was. "mom." she heard stella say, she looked at her daughter with a small smile "yeah?" lillian asked.

"do you think we'll find sophia?" stella asked "no, i don't." lillian said "me either, she shouldn't have run off." stella replied "stop saying stuff like that, please." lillian sighed while moving all her hair onto her right shoulder. "it's the truth." stella said "okay? that doesn't mean you have to say it." lillian said as she watched alex walk over to andrea, while hershel and rick walked on the dirt road.

stella walked over to carl while lillian walked over to glenn who was keeping watch, she got on top of the RV and sat next to him.  "how are you and daryl?" glenn said with a grin on his face "we got in a fight." lillian said causing glenn's mouth to slowly drop. "about what?" glenn asked "he wanted to go out and look for sophia, even though he knew he shouldn't have and i got mad about it, it's stupid anyway, tell me about you and maggie." lillian rushingly said.

"i like her, i think, i get butterflies in my stomach and everything, i don't know." glenn sighed as shane walked over angrily "s'up?" glenn asked as shane ignore them and walked in, the two looked at eachother with furrowed brows. shane walked back out "you see where he went?" shane asked "who?" glenn asked "don't even try to shit me, okay?" shane said.

"huh?" lillian said "what?" glenn asked "dale, glenn. did you see where dale went?" shane asked "yeah, he asked me to run and get him some water. he said he'd cover me on watch." glenn said while standing up. "and he was gone when you got back, huh?" shane said "you think he's okay?" glenn asked "oh, he's fine." shane said "why'd he bail then?" glenn asked.

"so you wouldn't tell me which way he went." shane said, lillian sat with her legs dangling off of the roof of the RV watching and listening to the two men converse with one another. "i don't get it." glenn said "no, man, you don't." shane said before walking off. "what the fuck was that?" lillian asked as glenn sat back down.

"i don't know." glenn sighed "so alex is stella's biological dad?" glenn asked after a minute "yeah, i don't really like to think of it." lillian said while looking up at the blue sky. "has he talked to you?" glenn asked "he tries, but we haven't talked since he saw stella." lillian said "this must be hard for you." glenn said "i mean, seeing him." glenn continued.

"hardest thing i've ever done." lillian said. "i hope you and daryl make up so you can have that kiss." glenn said making lillian laugh "or everything's ruined forever." lillian said making glenn roll his eyes "no, he likes you too much for that." glenn said making lillian roll her eyes. "mom, come here!" stella said while running over to the RV with carl.
