Y/n is starting her Junior year at Belleville high school. In her first class a Short guy named frank sits next to her. They talk throughout class and he invites her to sit with him and his friends at lunch.

After going to spirit Halloween you went to Gerard's and Mikey's house to decorate. "RACE YOU DOWN TO GERARDS ROOM!" Frank ran down the stairs, "why's it always my room" Gerard sighed. "Because your room is the coolest looking, and it's big." You elbowed him.
"Are you saying my room isn't cool and it's small" Mikey gasped dramatically. "Yes I am" You giggled. Mikey rolled his eyes and walked ahead you and Gerard. "Don't be mean to Mikey" Gerard elbowed you back. "I was just joking" you smiled, sitting on next to Gerard on his bed.
"Gerard, baby, where do you keep the Halloween decorations?" Frank asked, looking under the bed. "Wooaahhh" Alice's eyes widened. Gerard rolled his eyes and kicked Frank in the head. "Ow!" He sat up, holding the back of his head. "They're in the back of my closet."
Frank got up and walked to the closet. "OoOh, The back of Gerard's closet, I wonder what things we'll find here" Frank smirked. He pulled out a giant box with writing on it. 'Halloween shit' You laughed lightly at it. "Everyone get over here!" Frank whined.
Everyone got up and circled around the box. Frank opened it and revealed lots of decorations. "Wow" Alice said grabbing a plastic pumpkin. "Okay let's bring this upstairs and start." Frank attempted to pick up the box by himself, but failed.
"Someone help him" Mikey said. Ray grabbed the other side of the box and brought it upstairs, everyone following behind. "How do you even have this many decorations?" You looked up at Gerard. He shrugged. "Years of collecting them I guess." He smiled lightly.
"Here!" Frank gave everyone tape and thumbtacks. "NOW START DECORATING" He yelled excitedly. Everyone began grabbing decorations and went into different rooms. Frank in the kitchen with Alice, Ray and Mikey in the hallways, and you and Gerard in the living room.
Gerard was placing the Halloween items on tables and shelves, while you hung things on the walls. Soon Gerard finished and was waiting for you. "Do you need any help?" He walked over to you, "I'm good" you said trying to put up the last decoration, but failing. "Looks like you need help" Gerard said.
You turned around, about to say something, but Gerard grabbed the decoration out of your hands and reached over you, taping onto the wall. Your breath hitched as you were basically pressed against his chest. "All done" he looked back at you. Silence filled the room as you stared at each other for what felt like forever.
Barely audible footsteps were heard, but you didn't notice and neither did Gerard. Slowly, his hands moved. Gently grabbing your waist. Your entire body froze at his actions. He clearly noticed this and immediately let go of you. "I'm sorry! I-" Gerard was cut off. "Gerard? Are you done yet?"
You and Gerard turned around to see Mikey standing in the doorway, looking around the room awkwardly, he definitely seen what had just happened. "S-shit Mikey, yeah. We're done." Gerard stuttered, running a hand through his hair nervously.
"Okay well Frank said he has a surprise for when we're done, so let's go" Mikey said walking out. You and Gerard followed, walking side by side, not exchanging any words. There was tension. A lot of tension.
You walked into Gerard's room where Frank, ray and Alice sat. "Finally, you guys are done! What were you doing that took so long!?" Frank asked impatiently. "They were probably kissing or something." Alice chimed in. You gave her a death glare.
"I wouldn't doubt that..." Mikey said, avoiding eye contact with you and Gerard. "MIKEY!" Gerard yelled, as His face grew red. Everyone's eyes widened at Gerard's sudden change in tone. "Woah, calm down, what happened upstairs?" Frank questioned.
"NOTHING!" You and Gerard said at the same time, glaring at Frank. Now your face was growing hot. "Sorry" Gerard Said, Returning to his usual quiet tone. "I'll be back" And with that, Gerard walked upstairs.
Alice gave you a questioning glance as you sat next to her. "I'll tell you about it later" you sighed. She nodded and looked over at frank, "so what's this surprise you're so exited about?" "Huh.... Oh yeah! Here!" He handed everyone a small box. "I'll give this one to Gerard when he comes back" He said, while holding another box. You looked inside the box and seen a small bracelet.
"I got one for everyone in the group, But you have to wear it everyday!" Frank added. The bracelet had a small skeleton hand on it. You took it out of the box and clipped it of your hand.

You looked at it on your wrist. You smiled as everyone else put theirs on. Everyone said their thanks to frank. "Oh shit, it's almost 10, my dads gonna beat my ass if I don't get home." Alice said checking her phone. "Already!? Fuck, I have to go too, bye guys." You said quickly.
"Alright, see you at school tomorrow" Ray said. You waved and walked upstairs with Alice. "Now tell me what happened." She said, closing the door behind her. "Okay, can you stay the night at my house?" You asked. "Yeah, let me text my dad." She replied, texting her dad.
"Alright" you and Alice sat on your front doorstep.
—time skip- after telling Alice what happened—
"HE GRABBED YOUR WAIST!?!?" Alice gasped. "Yeah, but he let go and apologized when he felt me tense up." You explained. "He totally likes you." Alice said. You didn't agree or disagree. You didn't know how to respond. 'Did Gerard actually like you?.....No'
