After forming an alliance with an unexpected visitor, Yvelisse a survivor of two previous dinosaur incidents has already settled her mind, she has agreed to officially make the former breeding site for Geneticorp a peaceful sanctuary for the species living within. While still in South America the newfound duo had made their way to a private airfield where they would eventually meet the person responsible for their transportation to East Africa. Yvelisse noticed that it looked rather clean for illegal business and there were no prehistoric references, Waden took his sunglasses off wiping them with his blazer. Their vehicle was just around the warehouse looking pretty intact for what she was normally used to.

Yvelisse walked beside Waden and the group of mechanics that headed toward the aircraft, "I truly wasn't expecting this."

"I'm not you're average mysterious contact." Waden said as a matter of factly, "I told you this was some government level." He lowered his voice still beckoning his inner insecurities, "Pardon me for my vocabulary, shit."

"Yeah, that's fine." She nodded her head seemingly noticing weakness, "You do know that I have seen just as much stuff as you did right? You don't have to pretend to be someone you're not."

He looked down at her and frowned, "And that stuff changes one who witnesses it before their own eyes, now if you excuse me I have some talking to do."

She scoffed, she thought he would somehow be relatable or at least somewhat close to the people she once lost. But he was different, the way he acted, the way he spoke, it just didn't seem all that real to her. Yvelisse walked over to see the young man speaking to the pilot and presumably the manager. She proceeded to analyze the paperwork on a table, she took notice of the familiar faces pinned to the board including hers, and most surprisingly her father's. Once they were finished negotiating she stopped being a snoop and went over to the man.

Waden approached her with a proud look on his face, "Good news, we are officially going to Africa."

"And the bad news?" She questioned his choice of words.

"I cannot assure you that we will be entirely safe since it's a predator-infested island." Waden cleared his throat, "I think we both are aware of what they're capable of."

"Mhm." She simply hummed her response, not really trusting his bonding attempts.

The team enters the vehicle, which finally took off from the ground after a few minutes. Yvelisse stared deeply into his eyes waiting for clarifications, "I would at least expect to see some government officials."

Waden suddenly broke from whatever he was trying to fake, "They're not involved, it's not official."

"What." Yvelisse's expression completely shifted, her face went lighter and her eyebrows rose in surprise, "Did you kidnap me?"

"No." He responded with quite the emotion, "It's not like that I swear,  I'm trying to prove that these animals deserve proper care even after what they did to Emily or, or, Dr. Heo."

"Never mentioned his name." Yvelisse argued back, "How do you know how he passed."

Waden sighed, "Do you really think I would let these deaths go by with no consequences? Geneticorp is still out there, you people are just silly enough to think they're gone."

"How could they possibly survive after that financial disaster years ago." Yvelisse raised another extremely fair point, "There's no way they could rise from the ashes like that."

"Most people, including the authorities, seem to forget about a very pivotal detail to this entire case." He replied with assertiveness, "I believe you know him very well."

"That's impossible." Yvelisse began to realize he might not be wrong after all, "But."

"No one has ever seen a body." Waden explained, "He was last seen leaving the island before things went down the drain."

Yvelisse took a deep breath while cupping her entire face, "What are we actually doing about this then?"

"I'm glad you're not giving up." Waden cleared his throat, "While still trying to prove the islands fit for a sanctuary, we have to find enough proof to sentence that man."

"And I'm glad that you contacted me about this." Yvelisse put on her leather gloves and gave him a daring look, "I've been waiting for this moment for a very long time now."

After finally getting to understand each other, the two newfound allies found a common interest and that is to finally bring Geneticorp down once and for all.
