As you stood at the front steps of the palace you glanced over the map in your hands. You stared at the city named Gemsville that was west of your own home. It struck you that this city was known for their mines. They had the largest collection of rare stone mines in the kingdom. Despite your own town being the richest their own land was the one sitting on a goldmine.

"Y/N you ready to go?!" Eijirou asked with an excited glint in his eyes as he carried various large luggages.

"Yes. You're really excited as well." You pointed out to him curious to his behavior.

"Well yeah, my mom lives in that city. I already told you that." He whispered the last part as you laughed at his excitement. "Hopefully while you're speaking to the most scared witch, I can visit her. It's been so long."

"How come she never came to see you?" You asked him.

Suddenly Eijirou frowned softly. "Because I wouldn't let her. I didn't want my mom to see me as an empty suit of armor. She tends to overreact so I kept giving her excuses that I was busy with studies and stuff since I was invited to study here."

You nodded softly as you did recall that children from other cities were called to the palace for a special curriculum.

"Well I'm sure she'll be happy to see you." You told the male as he grinned at you.

"I hope so." He said as he practically leapt down the stairs and loaded the carraige.

Aridam sat near the carraige watching him work as you felt a figure behind you.

"Katsuki." You said turning to him with a wide smile. "Good morning."

The king looked at you then looked away. "Hi." Katsuki looked up as Eijirou continued to organize the luggage. "You don't need all that shit right?"

"I don't have luggage Katsuki, that's for Eijirou. He said that he plans on staying with his mom for some time after I talk to her about breaking your spell." You informed him. Katsuki kept quiet and nodded softly. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing." He said lowly before he remembered. "Why the fuck didn't you tell me my mask fell off yesterday?"

You laughed at him loudly. "Katsuki I couldn't care less what you look like because of the curse. We were having fun, I didn't want to disturb that."

The male rolled his eyes before looking at the carraige. "You taking just him?"

"Are you worried about me?" You asked him with a small smile.

"No, you're a witch you can take care of yourself." He said back with a slightly harsh tone.

You giggled at him softly. "I mean that didn't stop me from getting attacked. What if someone hurts me?"

Katsuki looked down at you with blank eyes and looked away. "Eijirou can keep you safe, now that he's normal."

"But, he still got attacked when delivering my letter." You told him with a pout.

"What are you doing?" He asked you confused by your pleading.

"I want you to come with us. It'd be better for you to see her in person so she could help you there." You told him as he just stared at you and sicked his teeth. "Please? You've been in this palace for years, at least come out for a while."

Katsuki looked at the carraige then back at you. "You're not gonna leave me alone unless I say yes are you?"

You smiled at him as he rolled his eyes. "Fine, you fucking baby."

"Yay." You said with a quiet spueak. "Could you bend down?"

You could see him arch his brow in confusion at you. "Why?"
