"Yeah, suffocating to the point your feel like it's more of a cage than an actual place." Xiao Feng said dramatically as she hugged herself to make her sentence more dramatic than it was. "All palaces have that feeling, it depends on the people and what they experienced there." Yuan Chun tried to deescalate the situation since she saw Atem glare at Xiao Feng. "Thats right Yuan Chun some might feel like they've been to heaven while others felt they were in hell." Xiao Feng turned around to look at their reactions.

"I have to agree with them some of us experience differently in this palace..." Aiyan looked down trying to shut the memories to come to her head. "You guys are correct but it depends how the current king or queen manages their kingdom that will impact on its people's lives." Atem argued as some scoffed and snickered. "Says the word of wisdom of the pharaoh yet he doesn't remember a thing."Ace sneered before walking forward to where Xiao Feng was standing. Xiao Feng then walked up the stairs to what it seemed the ruins of the throne.

Clearing her throat she stood up straight placing her hands behind her back. "I am the pharaoh and you will listen to every order I have to say or else you're dead!" Xiao Feng teased before she snickered like a snake as glaive and creed members laughed along with her. "How dare you mock the pharaoh!" Téa yelled defending him as Atem shook his head stopping her. "You are really playing with fire Xiao Feng." Atem went up the stairs to where she was standing.

"Relax pharaoh I wasn't mocking you I was just copying your attitude from the past." Xiao Feng moved to the side allowing Atem stare at the throne. "Have a seat pharaoh and see what was left of your kingdom." Xiao Feng suggested as she walked down the stairs. Atem glared at her but sat down on the throne anyways. He had a flashback where he was sitting there and Xiao Feng, Mahad, Seth, Karim, Aknadin, Shimon, and the rest of the glaive bowed to him. His head started hurting and the scene changed to where he was seeing fire across the room and pieces of the palace falling down as everyone scurried away.

"Argh what have you done!" Atem yelled as kept swinging his head from side to side as he grabbed it. His amethyst eyes started to get a red hue as he was being controlled by the shadows of the place. "Pharaoh!" The gang yelled worried for him as they saw him grip on the only arm of the chair standing of the throne. Atem threw his head back as he screamed as the Wedjat eye appeared in his forehead clearing the darkness from consuming his mind. "Let's try again shall we." Xiao Feng muttered as she intensified the shadows agitating them.

"A soon to be pharaoh must sign their first decree." Aknadin said as he approached Atem with a papyrus scroll. "In order to secure your place, you must kill all the Sehzadesi before they kill you and the prince the queen is bearing." Aknadin tried to hide his smile as Atem looked at him sacred. Atem then turned to where Xiao Feng was standing there pregnant only to see Yugi standing there next to her.

"Pharaoh you must make a decision now before it's too late!" Atem heard Aknadin yelled as he grabbed his head again. "Pharaoh! Pharaoh wake up!" Vedat shook him after Xiao Feng ordered him. Atem opened his eyes and swung at Vedat as Vedat jumped backwards evading getting hit. "What the hell is wrong with you!" Vedat yelled as he walked back next to Ivy. "I must get out of here!" Atem yelled as he stumbled down the stairs. "Pharaoh!" Yugi and his friends rushed to him. While Atem started to remember when he signed the decree killing his brothers and sisters.

Gasping for air he pushed Yugi and Joey away as he rose his head up. "Pharaoh are you alright?" Téa asked worried as she was about to shake him when he got up and walked away in a trance. "Follow him." Xiao Feng ordered as they all scrambled to find him. Atem walked to what was left of the garden that was full of weeds while the fountain was destroyed and full of weeds and rumble. He remembered when the fountain was flowing with water and he was playing with it as he chased someone trying to get them wet.
