Atem opened the door and Morgana smiled at him as she rearranged some papers. "I want to have a date with you." Atem's breathing rate sped up as he blurted out his feelings. Morgana got up from her seat as she walked towards him gently wrapping her sash around him. "We are married why don't we skip that?" Morgana giggled as she made her sash tangle around his neck.
"You're right," Atem answered. Before he could even turn around, the silk sash strangled him, throwing him backward. Eyes shooting open, he looked back at her bewildered. "My pharaoh, how I longed for your touch, my dear." Morgana giggled as she pulled him near and passed her hands upon his torso. "If it were true, you would've given me a better greeting." Atem held onto the silk, trying to pull it away from his neck.
"As a gesture of my love," Morgana pulled out a smoking pipe and puffed the smoke onto his face causing him to choke. "Let's play the old game called love." Morgana's eyes sparkled as Atem transformed into Tantai Jin. Atem suddenly was overwhelmed with lust after recovering from the smoke. "You hate me so much that you prefer to run from me." He asked as Morgana sneered looking away in dissatisfaction.
"If only you were the one I see.." Morgana shed a tear before leaning close to place a kiss on Atem's lips. Xiao Feng looked away upon witnessing what her sister was doing. "After all this time she still likes him." Xiao Feng smiled knowing that even though Morgana (Baal) hid behind the idea of having an affair with Yuan Shuai she loved Atem's personality. Since they crave over control and power, unlike Yuan Shaui who doesn't even want anything to do with human affairs.
With a steady hand, she delicately picked up a smooth piece from the Go board, placing it with intention in the center of the board, precisely cutting off the advance of a sleek black stone that belonged to her sister. "The thread of fate that has been woven cannot be undone," Morgana intoned, her voice echoing softly in the air. As she turned to leave, the rich burgundy and purple fabric of her hanfu trailed behind her, flowing like a river of color across the wooden floor, leaving an ephemeral sense of magic lingering in her wake.
Gasping for air Yuan Shaui woke up after being hit by A Li in the ribs as they slept. "I want the pork chops and ribs there Bao Bao." A Li mumbled his friend's name along with food making Yuan Shuai snicker at his shenanigans. "Ah, this kid." Yuan Shuai grumbled quietly as he gently pushed him away from the bed.
Li Susu kissed Xie Wei's lips gently as he cornered her in the hallway and he snaked his arms around her. Yuan Shuai was walking to get some fresh air when he came across the scene. Awkwardly he turned around almost smacking himself with he cleaning supplies left behind. "I told you someone might come here." Li Susu nervously laughed pushing Xie Wei away from her.
Fuck, Yuan Shuai thought to himself annoyed that she was going to use him to get out of the situation. "Sorry, I just couldn't sleep goodbye!" Yuan Shuai bolted away to the other side of the center not wanting to deal with Li Susu. "I'm sorry where were we?" Xie Wei leaned again to kiss her but she pushed him away. "I've got to check on Zimi." Li Susu annoyed walked away from him. Yet sighing in relief Yuan Shuai bumped into them.
Yuan Shuai threw himself in the gazebo's chair taking in the breeze. "Tantai Jin...." He heard Xiao Feng's voice calling out to him making him sit straight up. "Oh fuck no!" Yuan Shuai ran to his room and climbed onto his bed hugging A Li like a pillow disturbing the young one in his sleep. "Get off Mom!" A Li said in his sleep pushing Yuan Shuai away. "This is what I get for allowing you to sleep with me." Yuan Shuai turned around to relax falling sound asleep.
Morgana wrapped her kimono tightly around her, its rich fabric pooling around her as she shot a furious glare at Atem. With an elegant toss of her long, dark hair, she stormed out of his room, her heart pounding with a mix of frustration and indignation. As she commanded that a bath be prepared for her, she felt the remnants of her earlier composure slip away like water through her fingers.
