As The Sands Settles

The sandstorm stopped and rain fell on them, making the streets muddy. "Yuck!" Téa and Mai complained about the dirt on their head and clothes started forming. "Well at least that helped clear that sandstorm and hopefully that beast." Duke cleaned himself and helped Serenity. "You did you think this would work?" Yugi rushed to Atem who stood there getting drenched with a scowl on his face. "I guessed from all our previous encounters with such situations resort to this if it failed, we would have to run searching for cover." Atem started shaking the mud on his clothes while staring at Yugi.

"We've been through it all, yet our decks always had our backs!" Joey cheered taking his deck out making the group erupt into cheers. "I guessed being here in Egypt where it all started works just like 3,000 (5,000 if you know the Yugioh the English Dub) years ago." Yugi shrugged his shoulders before taking a look on their surroundings. Atem started hearing someone voicing an ancient chant coming from the corner of the street. Feeling like he was being hypnotized by the sound, he let his own legs carry him. "Pharaoh? Where are you going?" Yugi ran behind him trying to find out why he suddenly took off. "Hey, wait up you two!" Téa yelled chasing after them as the group followed.

Atem confused seeing they suddenly ended an ancient temple instead to the end of the street. "Seal him in the tablet now!" Atem heard his own voice which utterly confused him. Yugi and the others stopped right behind them upon seeing what they were witnessing. "I'm sorry Pharaoh for not agreeing to the marriage but it goes against our own laws!" The man yelled being forced to kneel in front of the tablet. The gang gasped upon seeing Seth was forced to seal Joey in his past life. "Please stop we haven't done anything wrong, other than follow the laws of our land!" Tristan from the past yelled being forced to kneel. "Once my father gets a word of this you will have war in your doorstep!" Téa threatened making Atem laugh.

"Please spare us!" Duke's past self-begged upon hugging his pregnant wife. Seth sighing shined the millennium rod to Joey as the Red Eyes Black Dragon revealed its self-hiding in his soul. "No, I wouldn't have ordered that!" Atem defended grabbing his head in pain as they were teleported to another place. "How dare you imprison my own council into your damn Tablets!" They saw a woman push Atem away. "I shouldn't have cross paths with such monster like you!" The woman threw a vase at him creating a distance between her and Atem. "I hate you, get away from me!" The woman fell down near the broken glass. "Bai X'er how is it possible to love your enemy?" Morgana's voice was heard in the distance making Aiyan gasp loudly while crying.

"Why when you love someone who has hurt you, you can't bear to hurt them back?" Morgana shook Bai X'er who apologized stepping away from her. "I want to go home!" Morgana cried making Bai X'er run back to her. "My queen we are home this is... our home now." Bai X'er tried her best to soothe Morgana while Morgana denied it and sob harder. Yugi glanced at Atem who held his chest while punching the wall bringing them back to the present. "Well, that seemed to end early." Ace stared at the group from afar with an umbrella covering him from the rain.

Atem turned around sensing someone glaring at him to find Morgana standing under the rain soaking wet while lighting cackled in the sky. "Zander let's go back." Morgana stumbled feeling drained as Zander caught her after placing a coat on her. "King's glaive extract." Sinclair walked up to them in full security gear with an assistant covering him with an umbrella. "Damn he looked so cool." Ace whispered to Max making him snicker lightly following him. "It was a great idea separating your highness and the Pharaoh." Yasin looked at her shivering in the van. "You saw that glare, right?" Vahadir mumbled as Sinclair cleared his throat. "Of course, it was only proper to keep the vessel of your majesty intact." Sinclair answered while Morgana fell asleep due to exhaustion.

"She used more than she can bear, as of now." Xiao Feng spoke trying to stand up feeling more exhausted than usual. "Yes, now let me help you." Zander helped her down the van and continued drying her hair. "I'm overly exhausted so I can't be here for long. Make her hurry her progress with the pharaoh." Xiao Feng fainted in Zander's arms returning Morgana. "Well, that was just peachy." Aya wiped her hair while her daughter shot her a glare. "It seems they all experienced the same vision as the pharaoh." Chu Qiao observed them staring at them first before turning around. "No wonder she was out cold." Max sighed walking away to the villa.
