The weekend went by pretty fast for Eddie. Before he knew it it was Monday morning and he was emerging from his second period class. Creative Writing. Eddie always had a great way with words, he's been told that since he ever started writing his own short stories. Sooner or later, someone was bound to tell him how great and inspiring his words truly were. So, he ended up in creative writing.

He approached his locker which seemed to have an infestation of Richies lately because in front of it, he stood. Eddie rolled his eyes. This was becoming a routine for them. Richie would only speak to him if he wanted something. Which didn't sit well with Eddie at all. Why can't he just leave me alone? He thought, beginning to twist and turn the lock.

"Jeez, not even a "hi, how are ya?" He said.

Eddie snagged a few books from his locker before putting a couple back and slamming his locker shut. This caused Richie to jump back a little.

"If I say that, that would mean I'd have to listen to your problems about something stupid and meaningless and somehow, someway, you'd find a way to add me into whatever you're struggling with at the moment." He states before spinning around and storming off in a different direction.

Richie scoffs before quickly catching up with Eddie. He decided to stand directly in front of him, stopping him from passing, much to Eddie's dismay as he was in a bit of a hurry.

"Do you mind?" Eddie asked.

"Yes. Yes, I do. What's your problem?"

"My...problem? I don't follow."

"You're obviously upset with me. Did I do something to you?"

Eddie scoffs, "Seriously?"

Richie shrugs.

"Okay, if you clearly don't see a pattern here then I actually can't help you there." He tries going around him before he was suddenly stopped once again by Richie.

"Relax, we've got like five minutes left." He assured, "What did I do to you?"

Is he actually serious?

Eddie chuckled before responding, "I'll give you until the end of the day to figure it out and if you can't then...just..."

He stops.

Freezes.

For a split second, Eddie's eyes darted behind Richie only to catch a glimpse of him. His heart rate began to speed up as he could feel a cold sweat forming on his forehead.

"Uhm, R-Richie, I really have to go.." Eddie ushers.

Richie noticed how uncomfortable Eddie seemed.

"I-I'm sorry, Eddie. I didn't mean to-"
