JAXON'S POV

Bastards.

Gio's men set fire to 5 crates of our illegal drugs. Each crate costed 200k.

Meaning we lost $1 million. FUCK!

I really don't think words can describe how furious I am...with Blaire and Gio and my own father. My blood feels like a kettle overflowing, hot, steamy and burning with rage.

When I arrived at the warehouse, the boys were just extinguishing the fires and then Vince showed me the security tapes. 

The area was pitch black so I couldn't see any of the knob's faces but it was 4 men. Buff men dressed in white so I knew it was Gio, that's the only colour he wears. 

Its a fuckin boring colour but it suits the cunt.

After leaving Blaire the way I did, I feel a slight bit bad but fuck she wanted to leave and she probably still fuckin does.

God sometimes she actually gets on my fuckin nerves it's unbelievable.

But I think I understand why she wants to leave though, because of the recent events in her life that have made it shit.  For example like joining my world.

She sent me an apology text but I don't think I am quite ready to talk to her yet.

My bullet wound hurts like a bitch whenever I do any sudden sharp movements but I don't see any bleeding leaking through the many layers Blaire wrapped around me so it's okay so far.

"Boss dobbiamo andarcene." Matteo says as we all stand here looking at what used to be our drugs but are now ashes.

I nod my head and we all head to the cars we came here in and drive off back to base.

I am not in the mood to see Blaire in my room so I think I'm just going to go to the training room and get in better shape. Nurse Bennett might think it's a bad idea but I don't give a fuck, I'm sick of standing around and letting people ruin my fuckin Mafia.

I just need to visit my room and get a change of clothes for training.

When we reach the building, Vince and Matteo head to the bar and me and Andreas head up the elevator to our rooms. Say goodnight and go our separate ways.

I beg for Blaire to be asleep or in the shower or something. I really don't want to face her crying eyes again, I cannot handle it.

My heart is beating outside my chest when I walk inside the room, but it's pitch black and quiet. The only noises are coming from Blaire's snores. Thank fuck she is asleep right now.

She is still wearing the same clothes as when I left her and her face is red and puffy from crying. She has no blanket so she is holding her arms trying not to shake from the cold.

She looks so peaceful yet almost traumatised when she sleeps. I can't quite understand it.

Perhaps she is having a nightmare. 

Damn I better leave before she wakes up and I have to talk to her.

I grab a change of clothes and my sneakers and head towards the door.
