Changing the plan

That day they both decided to train this time, with Mumei taking the lead to Calli's house this time. Calli wasn't home but Kronii got the keys, so it wasn't a problem about that. They could even explore all the room in curiosity. Mumei decided to do that while Kronii charged her gun and shot some sacks at bigger distances. Mumei went a little into the recording room and saw some albums originally by Calliope. Then she entered a small room that was full of JoJo figures and posters of other anime characters. It passed some time until Mumei came downstairs to see how Kronii was doing. 

Kronii became bored and could shoot at the forehead at a really far distance. Mumei understood how bored it can become if it doesn't move. She took a dagger and made a sign for Kronii to look at her.

-Let's make this a little more complicated, I will throw this dagger in the air, and you have to catch it with your bullets. Mumei says and waits for a sign to throw it.

Kronii charges the gun and nods at Mumei.

Mumei throws the dagger in the air and Kronii aims, shooting one that had missed the target since the dagger was thrown at full speed. It took a little moment to see the next opportunity and took it. She shoots the next bullet right when the dagger was about to fall, this time hitting the dagger that was punched from Mumei's presence.

They both did great with small mistakes but could learn from them. Mumei even taught Kronii some small techniques to use when fighting with a dagger.

They did this for almost two weeks. Everything was fine until Kronii received a message from Calli saying that Amelia was in jail. After that, she gave them the information they needed for joining the gang that had recently become a Mafia with a boss for temporal.

They needed to go to the mall around a part where nobody goes, and they would find a restaurant there with no people, only them waiting for people that received a password to enter the Mafia.

The password was a silver ring with the skull of a snake.

Calli could get two in disguise and send them to Kronii's house.

The two entered the game and found the restaurant. Someone inside it saw the rings and welcomed them fake warmly just so inside it could start the test where they fight and demonstrate the skills they both have together.

They both did great, but they both had some small bruises and cuts. And that made Kronii use her anger against those that hurt her and Mumei. 

Mumei didn't see that part of Kronii, it was a dangerous one but useful in their situation.

They finish the test passing and get verification to make sure that they are not spying. That Kronii was horrified while Mumei had a serious face and punched slowly Kronii from behind to act serious while doing this.

They needed to get controlled if they had secret things around their body. At this, they both acted serious knowing that Calli told them to not bring the recorder on the first day. They would get even a small accessory. They went by it successfully and didn't grab the attention of the people. They were used for tracking the policers, a single movement wrong and Kronii could die while Mumei would cry telling herself that she didn't protect her enough. Even if you are late by some minutes it will grab the attention of others.

Everything was hard for Kronii, while Mumei felt a weird feeling in this place that something will happen, another bad thing was that they both should remain silent when Kronii works. She couldn't say what she felt. Only when they finally arrive home late they could talk more and give the news to Calli.

-I don't like that place, Kronii. Mumei says when she arrives inside their house and heads right to the sofa

-Same, everything there is so private. Looks like that Boss is keeping his identity a secret. says Kronii and chills with Mumei on the coach while Animal and Dog Mutt welcomes them with happiness

Kronii gets a call from Calli since Kronii already told her how it was there. She opens it and hears Calli yawning

-Oh, you answered! says Calli 

-Yeah, me and Mumei can hear ya. What is it? says Kronii and Mumei gets close

-Well, good job there. Now it is time to shine and explore that place, first, you guys must find where the discussion room is. says Calli

-These people will talk about their stuff and that will be perfect for the recording. says Calli wanting to continue but Kronii stops her

-Wait for a little, I told you that as new members, we are not allowed to explore the place. Says Kronii serious

-hmm, Mumei. What restrictions do you have? says Calli trying to find a solution

-I am not allowed to leave Kronii but they told me that I can become a temporality bodyguard and for the superiors ones. says Mumei remembering what one man with a mask said

-That is perfect, you will be our recorder then! says Calli 

-And what about me?! says Kronii and starts to see how useless she becomes

-Stay and act like an angel for the Mafia, they will give you more permission and if Mumei will be caught you will be the one to save her. says Calli

-That doesn't make sense, Mumei being my bodyguard to go and get caught and me being the angel for them. We will both suffer if we do that. says Kronii getting annoyed

Calli remains silent, Kronii had a really strong opinion. Even if they could work for one year for them, nothing will change.

-What is your plan, Kronii? says Calli getting curious

-Our only way is to break rules fast and get some documents they have. says Kronii

-That is very risky. says Mumei looking at her

-It is, but we don't have any choice. says Kronii turning to Mumei

-For that we might need people by our side, Kronii. says Calli

-We have friends. says Kronii 

-Kronii, don't bring Fauna and Baelz into this. says Calli and Mumei in unison

-You two are just scared of what impression they might have after knowing that you two are skilled in dangerous things. I know that even if it sounds crazy, they will help us. says Kronii serious

-Friends will always stay by our side, even if is bad or good.
