Polar Opposites (Draco Malfoy)

I was right about Parkinson. She did nothing, but give me dirty looks. I couldn't understand why, but I chose to just ignore her.

Conversely, the other girls in my dormitory were very interested in my story. I shared a dorm with, Pansy Parkinson, Daphne Greengrass, Millicent Bulstrode, and thankfully Anala Osborn.

It was morning. I leave the dorm room and head to the common room. I saw groups of boys coming down the stairs from the boy's dormitories.

I looked over at the leather couch in the middle of the common room to see Draco Malfoy sitting with Riddle, Crabbe, Goyle & Zabini. Draco on the edge of the couch, with Zabini on the other end. Crabbe & Goyle sat on the love seat next to the couch, meanwhile; Riddle sat on the armchair.

I was a bit anxious and I felt repulsed to go sit with him, but Draco was a friend, right? I held my breath, as if it was going to help, and went over to him & sat down next to Draco.

"Oh." Zabini mumbled.

"Hey Potter." Said Riddle.

I smiled at him.

"Hi Eve." Said Draco. "We're talking about your brother right now actually."

I rolled my eyes, "I'd rather pretend that git doesn't exist." Zabini scoffed in response to me and I shot him a look. He looked me up and down slowly with a smirk on his face. "You got something you wanna say Zabini?" I said.

The smirk remained on his face, "You just arrived here, yet you're already full of drama. It's amusing."

"What's amusing is-"

I was cut off by Draco, "She's not 'full' of drama Blaise, none of us like Potty-Boy to begin with. She happens to agree with us. It's as simple as that." The smirk on Zabini's face finally went away, "Yeah, so wipe that bloody smirk off your face."

Parkinson was walking across the common room with her friend Daphne Greengrass. She looked over at me & the group I was with and shot a dirty look at us. Starting with me.

"What's Pansy's deal?" Asked Crabbe.

"Don't know." Replied Riddle, "She's been acting that way since Potter got here."
