"I'm here to see Harry Osborn." Peter said to the receptionist she was on her phone typing away. She didn't answer him Peter cleared his throat hoping she'd finally realize he was there. "Hello?" Peter asked starting to get annoyed he is waved a hand in front of the woman's face.

"Can't you see I'm busy here!" The woman yelled starting Peter. Peter resisted the urge to mock her own words right back at her. Aunt May taught me better than that. Oh, but it so tempting he thought to himself. I stead of the hostile words that wanted to come out fo his mouth Peter suppressed then instead smiling politely at the woman.

"I would like to see Harry Osborn." Peter tried again he made sure to keep his voice clam.

"Do you have appointment?" The woman asked barely looking up from her phone.

"No he's my friend he have me permission to enter whenever I want as long as he's free. I'm here to see him on his lunch break. I'm Peter Parker?" Peter asked hoping stating his name would jog the woman's memory. Harry had a list of names that were able to instantly see him taped to the desk right in front of the receptionist.

She sighed rolling her eyes like Peter was a big inconvenience. Peter resisted the urge to snap at her as she slowly looked down at the list. "Go on up Penny Parker." The woman said Peter tended up she smirked at him. Peter looked at the list his name was Penny Parker.

Peter gave her a tight lipped smile it was falterijg by the second so he decided to get out of there. Peter felt a horrible feeling grow in his stomach at the name. He knew it was just a name and technically it was on his birth certificate. He hated it regardless it brought up to much pain he didn't usually think about. Everyone called him Peter so he sometimes forgot that he had a different legal name. A very wrong name that wasn't his.

Peter wondered why Harry even had it on the list. Peter had came out as trans when he was eighteen a few months before graduation. A few months before Uncle Ben died and he became Spiderman. Emphasis on the man part. Peter now had more questions on top of his questions he hoped Harry's lunch break was longer than fifteen minutes.

Peter got the in the elevator he tapped his fingers to the beat of the annoyingly cheerful music to distract himself. The doors dinged opening a few minutes later it took a stupidly long time to get from the bottle floor all the way to Harry's office on the top floor. Peter did understand though since the office had a amazing view. He almost wished he could just cimb up the building it would have been faster. If only Harry didn't hate Spiderman.

"Hey, Pete it's been a while!" Harry said excitedly he got up from his seat and came over to Peter to pull him into a hug. Peter was surprised the shock evidently shown on his face since Harry pulled back with a frown on his face. "What's wrong?" Harry asked concerned.

"Oh, uh nothing except your list of accepted visitors says my name as that one." Peter said he looked at his feet as he shuffled then back and forth not wanting to meet Harry's eyes if this went badly. Harry had been positive when he came out but he hadn't seen him much since graduation maybe he forgot?

"Damn it I told Brooklyn to put it down as Peter!" Harry cursed as he walked over to his computer typing out a quick email probably to the receptionist. Harry smiled at him as he came back to where Peter was standing. "That's all taken care of now what brings you here. As glad as I am to see you Pete I'm been kinda busy lately." Harry said he smiled brightly.

Peter felt the bad feeling in his stomach return but for a different reason. Harry couldn't be the Green Goblin could he? He was being nice to Peter like he always used to do when he fought of bullies for Peter all their childhood. But people had a way of wearing masks Peter would know. Harry also had the most accesses to his father's old tech.

Peter chewed on his bottom lip a bad habit he'd had since he was younger. Harry looked at him concerned he knew about what Peter did when he was worried they'd known each other since they were in Kindergarten. "I uh, wanted to know hypothetically speaking if anyone has been stealing Goblin tech?" Peter spit it all out not thinking he stopped his rambling when Harry's eyes went dark.

"What do you mean if someone was stealing Goblin tech? Pete do you know someone who is stealing Goblin tech?" Harry asked his gaze was furious. If Peter wasn't a superhero he would be scared. He still was as he shifted back and forth from foot to his other foot.

"This is all hypothetical." Peter said trying to calm Harry down.

"Pete I know you well enough to tell you're lying. Who's stealing Goblin tech. I could have swore I destroyed it all whenever he died..." Harry said he had tears in the corners of his eyes as he thought of his dad. Peter wanted to scream at Harry that his dad was a no good evil man and he of all people should recognize it. Instead Peter just pulled Harry into a hug.

"Well Peter who would steal this hypothetical Goblin tech?" Harry asked he looked angry and sad at the same time at the mention of the Goblin tech. Wait so did that mean Harry knew? He couldn't know about all the Goblin tech and not know about it's connection to his dad.

"I don't know Harry. I don't know." Peter said he put on a hand on Harry's shoulder hoping he could do something to help his distressed friend.

"Wait now that I think of it how do you know about the Goblin tech?" Harry asked he glared at Peter shoving his hand off.

"Haha I just heard a rumor from a Oscorp employee is all." Peter said he gave Harry a sheepish smile hoping he'd believe it. Harry may be the owner of one of the biggest companies of New York but he wasn't known for being the smartest person.

"Hmm, I guess that's believable." Harry said his lips were in a tight line and furrowed at the edges signaling he didn't quite believe Peter.

"Anyways I've got to go Har your lunch break is almost over anyways." Peter said he waved at Harry before rushing out the door. Harry blinked as he stared at the spot Peter had just been in. He wondered what his friend was up to.

Peter ran down the street ignoring the call from Harry texting him quickly that he'd talk to him later. Peter also got a incoming call from Wade. He smiled as he picked up the call. "Hello, Wade what's up." He asked.
