I'm so happy that there is starting to be more and more of Koby fan art, I have no idea what is written here, but all I know is it's cute and we need more of this!!!! Shoutout to the original artist who drew this up. Their twitter account name is included on the photo!!!!

It was the day of your departure and you hadn't once spoken to Koby. Since you could sense him anywhere, you always made sure to avoid where he was, and if he held up in the infirmary, you waited until he was supposed to be in his bunk.
But as you were leaving and since you were put on point, you had to interact with him. And much to your annoyance Hibari was one of the 200 chosen to help out.

You were at the main officers table discussing the best way to handle the situation. There was going to be many sick people, building that would need to be rebuilt and food would need to be distributed.

"As we dock, we'll need to establish a triage for two of our main issues, the sick and a food area. Simple foods will need to be prepared for the first week, considering most of these people have gone nearly two weeks on no food, that will be the biggest. After that they'll need baths and clean clothes. At least 100 people will be needed for that alone. I am open to suggestions for the best way to handle that." You left the table open for discussion. Dalmatian was the first to raise his hand.

"Yessir?"

"I happen to have some of my men here with me, and they are efficient and quick with clean up and rebuilding. It'll take about 50 men, if you're alright with that. I'll handle that end and give you daily updates."

"I see no issue with that. Anyone else?" When it remained quiet you resumed. "Unfortunately everyone must be tested for the sickness those who are will be taken to the yellow tents, and they will be given rice porridge and shredded fruits to build up their stamina in a more steady way. Those who are not sick, will be given high protein meals and vitamins and eventually will help with the rebuilding process. Those who are close to death will go to the red tent and will be given fluids and nutrients with an IV. Hopefully this disease has a cure. I need at least 20 people who can test each person, and send them to the correct area." Koby raised his hand.

"I know of 20 people who can do that."

"Very good give me their names by the end of today."

"The giants will work in shifts as lookouts to make sure that we are not attacked while we are helping. I will say one thing to let everyone in your units know. Make no promises of hope. Unfortunately some of those people will probably be dead by the time we arrive and there's no telling how sick they are. Please have your action plans ready to go by the end of the night. We will have a meeting with everyone tomorrow before reaching the island. Dismissed."

As everyone was leaving, you felt Koby lingering like he was hoping to speak to you alone. You felt a tap on your shoulder and saw Dalmatian standing there.

"Sorry sir did you have something else to say fo the group?"

"No Dr. I just wanted to tell you that for your forts mission as a point you're doing very well, it's actually helpful to have a doctor as the main officer for a situation such as this."

"Thank you sir."

"And also I'm sorry." Now you were confused.

"For what sir?"

"For transferring you. I let prejudice get in the way of my job, and I thought having you around made my ship run badly. But it wasn't you. And for that I am sorry."

He didn't need to apologize, you never once gave the higher ups much thought when they were kicking you out. In fact you barely remembered the man until you saw his file.
