Damon: Chapter Twelve

I hear a loud knocking coming from the floor above, and it has been going on for the past ten minutes, and it has been doing my head in. I flashed up to the door, opened it and asked "What?" Jack stood there, looking absolutely innocent, practically sinless, and he asked "When can I come out?" I chuckled and said "When- never!" He sighed, then trying to cut past me, but I grabbed him and as he pulled him for me by the collar of his shirt, I asked "What are you doing?" He chuckled and said "Leaving." I smiled, but when I realised he was serious, I asked "You actually think I'd let you go like that? You clearly don't know who I am." Jack then asked "I actually don't know who you are. Are you a psychotic murderer who drinks blood and has the personality of an ass?" "Correct. And my name is Damon Salvatore." He then laughed slightly and said "Point one, I didn't and don't care who you are, and point two, its impossible for you to be Stefan's brother." I then mock him and say "Almost how impossible it is for vampires to exist.".

Jack continued walking, but even though every part of me said to kill the sucker, I let him go. Jack hurried down the stairs, then, he made his way to the bookshelf on one wall, he stacked at least five books and moved for the couch, sitting there. He opened the first book, and he began to read. "You think you can read all those books today?" He then nodded, then pulling out his iPod and once he plugged in his headphones, he began reading swiftly.

It was sunset and Jack had read more than the five books, he'd read another ten. He was obviously bored from my company, but once the sun set, Stefan, Caroline, Elena, Tyler, Matt, Bonnie and Jeremy popped up. "You guys are late. What happened" I asked, seeing the fearful look on Elena'a face. "Ester Mikaelson appeared today." She said, but I protested and said "Impossible. The bitch is dead." Jeremy shook his head when he noticed Jack with the headphones in, the pile of books on the floor beside him, and when Jack finished the sixteenth book, he slammed it closed. "Hey guys" Jack said while turning off his iPod. "Nothing. We saw a dead chick today." Jack sighed and said "Speaking if strange stuff, when can I leave?" Bonnie then stepped in and said "As soon as you tell us what you really are."

"Are you kidding? I am nothing supernatural! I'm just a normal kid- unlike you guys." Jack sunk down into the couch and Matt sat beside him, and then, I asked "Where's heinous bitch?" Bonnie answered and said "Off to find some stupid box." Jack instantly turned and said "You don't mean my Uncle's box, right?" Bonnie nodded and Jack said "No! That's totally unfair. I can't have it, but someone I just met can. Life's a piece of shit." Jack crossed his arms, but then Tyler's and Caroline's phone buzzed. They pulled them out and they said "Mystic Falls update. A teenager, Jack Bloom, has gone missing and hasn't been home within the past twenty four hours. If anyone has any information involving Mr Bloom, please contact the police." Jack then sat up and said "Maybe, when they find me, they'll put me in an asylum." Elena then sat beside Matt and said calmly "Jack, I know you're processing right now, but you can't tell anyone."

Jack then sighed and said "Why can't I? After all, you guys are holding me hostage for no reason." Stefan then said "Jack, this is serious." Jack then turned and walked for the stairs, but when Tyler asked where he was going, Jack called out "Bathroom."

After discussing a few things, Stefan stands up and says "For a dude, he does take a while in the bathroom." Bonnie then looked directly at him and said "Go check on him." Stefan flashed up the stairs, and he then flashed back down stairs, and he then said "He's just made the great escape."
