Stefan: Chapter Seventeen

I flashed toward the door, so happy to see her her, in the flesh, and I then pull her into an embrace, but I was shocked at what happened when we touched. I slipped through her, feeling as if I had touched arctic ice, and I then look back, seeing I had somehow appeared outside the house. I flash back inside, and I ask "Lexi, what happened?" Each and everyone of us knew that she was killed- thanks to Damon- then she came back as a ghost, but now, she had come back again. "It's not safe for any of you. You all need to leave town" Lexi said, her voice becoming somewhat of an echo. "Why? What's wrong" Elena asked, and Lexi then entered the house, the door closing behind her. "There are others who know of Klaus' secret, and now, everyone is in danger" Lexi said. "Why? How?" I sat on the sofa, and Lexi stood up as everyone sat to listen. "The Hunters have known of his son for years now, and they also know of the prophecy that is tied in between his genes and blood. There are Hunters who fear the Son of the Damned, and there are few that hunt him, the Order of the Halo, to have him fall before he can fulfil the prophecy." Damon steps in and says "That explains the Hunters, but not what the ghosts are doing here."

Lexi chuckles sarcastically, then saying "Halo needs more followers to defeat Klaus and his child before his eighteenth birthday, and they thought that if they had Witches and Warlocks on their side, they can defeat Klaus. I, however, was pulled through, for some unknown reason, but I guess I was called here to warn you." Lexi then floated slowly over to the window, but Jeremy stood and asked "What is the prophecy, exactly?" Lexi cleared her throat and said "The Son of the Damned is to reach his eighteenth birthday, when he shall fulfil his inheritance, becoming part werewolf, part vampire and part warlock, only then shall all supernatural live safely. However, if he dies before his birthday, then he shall inherit all of his genes, but the Hunters shall die. But there is also a glitch, for if the Hunters kill him, then all supernatural die. Although, if Jack dies loving someone of a supernatural race, that race shall live." Elena then asked "So if Halo had Jack killed, then all of us will die- except Klaus and Alexandra." Lexi nodded, but Damon said "Us Vampires are somewhat close to safe then." I raise my brow, only then asking "What do you mean, Damon?" Damon chuckles, and his smirk then widened when he said "I may be a dick, and a killer, but I know love when I see it. Jack loves Katherine."
