Bonnie: Chapter Ten

Katherine, of all people had to appear and help. Damon had the craziest and most incredibly stupid ideas I had ever heard. She was a murderous vampire who toyed with people, had them coiled around her pinkie, then manipulated them and broke their heart. Honestly, how stupid is Damon? I dressed for school, until I got a text from Jeremy.

Jeremy: A breakthrough with Jack?

Me: Nope.

Jeremy: Where is he?

Me: Locked up at Damon's. Not a cell, but a bedroom.

Jeremy: What species do you think he is?

Me: Jeremy!

Jeremy: Can you blame me? He could just be normal. A normal supernatural.

Me: Well, we can't let him roam free if we don't know what he is.

Jeremy: So we lock him up instead.

Me: Yes.

Jeremy: Ouch.

I then walked for the car and then heard a gush of wind, and I turn to see the she-devil herself. "Hello Katherine." I say, but she says "I'm not a she-devil" she says, forgetting that she can read minds. "No, you're a murderous bitch who kills people when she doesn't like what she hears." She gave me a fake smile and she then asks "I know we're not friends-" I stop her and say "You got that nailed down," and she continues with saying "Bonnie, I need a favour." I cross my arms and ask "What do you want?" She then plays with her daylight bracelet and she then says "I need you to release Jack." I almost crack up laughing, wanting to know if he was serious, but the look on her face tells me she is. "Why would I do that?" I ask, an she says "Because I can get you any information on Jack you want." I was suddenly interested, so I said "Continue."

"You see, I have an ability to tap into not just people's thoughts, but their dreams, too. I was bored last night, so I tapped into Jacks, and there was this one thing he kept dreaming about." I have a confused look on my face, and she then says "It was about a box. A box from his birth parents that has things from his parents inside. It can tell you anything, and I will get you that box if you free him." I then bargain with her. "Okay. I'll name you a deal. If you can get me that box, I will free Jack for whatever reason you want him free for." I was puzzled why he wanted him free, but I extend my hand an she shakes it, and she then says "Deal."
