-Oh. We have a new student??
He asks and everyone turned to look at me like am an ancient thing in a museum. Even though yesterday was my first day in this school, the look of everyone made me feel that today is my first.

-Am.. am Hayley.
I said trying to not let any look on me interrupt me of speaking. That was too hard.

-Hello, Hayley. Am Jasper Robertson and am your Biology teacher.
And now he is gonna ask me the same question I am waiting for. Ask about my past, why I changed school and how I ended up here .

-Don't worry. Am sure you will settle in soon.
He said and I paused my thoughts. Did he..? Read my thoughts? Wtf.
And just like that he continued talking to the whole class without making any question about me.

-Oh oh! Someone looks interested in you!
Sophie said to me.

-Whatt??

-You didn't notice how long he was looking at you???

-No?!
I replied confused.

-You are lucky
Pesha said to me disappointed.

-Isn't he cutee?
Emma asked.

-Look!
Emma whispered me.

-Am not going to look at him! You are the ones that like him. I don't.

-Why not??

-I don't want to make him think that I like him. I also have a boyfriend.

-What's the problem about that? Check around.. every one is staring at him. It won't be a surprise for him, its his every day life. I have a boyfriend too but it is not something bad to enjoy and being pleasant of such a beauty..
Emma replied me.

The time of break finally came and we all  started leaving the class. From the moment I stand up from my seat, I hear my name.

-Hayley can I talk to you for a minute?
Mr Jasper voice stopped me of leaving the class.

-Yes. Of course..
I said anxious and the girls also left from the class giving me a suspicious, dirty look.

-Am sorry for taking you from the break. I just didn't want to seem curious and make you feel uncomfortable in front of the class.

-It's okay, Mr Jasper.

-So, you had the same lessons in your last school? Or you have changed some of them.

-No, the same.

-Good. So you gonna be okay.

-I think so.

-If you want any help or you feel that you meed any introduction of biology or at least some of the last parts we did before you came, don't hesitate to ask me.

-Of course, thank you.

-You can go. The girls must wait for you.
He said and I left the class.
I walked out and I saw the girls sitting on a bench in the hallway.

-What was that forr??? What did he say to youu???
Pesha asked me excited and jealous.

-Nothing, he just asked me if I want any help about biology and stuff.

-And what did you sayyy???
Emma asked.

-I said am okay.. What else??

-Are you stupidddd??? This is your chancee!! He likes you!'

-I don't want any chance!

-Hayley?? Where are you going? we joked you..
Sophie asked worried while I was leaving them and went to the basketball court.

-You are not with the girls?
Nate showed up leaving his friends behind.

-I was.. it's just. Are they always like that???

-Like what? Flirting with that teacher? Always.

-Am just not in the mood today.. Do you think they hate me now?
I asked Nate.

-Come on. Stop saying that. I know they seem flirty and sometimes annoying, but believe me they are cool.

-Wanna stay with us after school here?
He changed the subject.

-Here? Like, stay at school?

-Not exactly at school.. just at basketball court.. we use to play after school. They allow me to play here.

-I don't know..

-Come on. Don't play hard. I want to cheer you up!

-Okay okay. I will stay.

After school ended I decided to stay with Nate and his friends. For some reason, I trust Nate and his friends. They don't give me dirty looks like boys they used to do at my last school. They are friendly with me and gently.

-Go go Hayley!!
Nate was screaming while I was trying to score. While I was running with the ball, I saw mr Jasper opposite at the parking, walking to his car and he was looking at me.
I finally gave a score and everyone was cheering on me. Mr Jasper gave a smirking, shy smile and got in the car. He seems too weird....
