Harry moped about the oddly quiet castle, kicking around random things on the floor. He had passed Mrs. Norris a bit ago, and had been tempted to kick her, but had restrained himself.

Really, why couldn't Vernon just sign the damn slip? He wanted to go to Hogsmead, for Pete's sakes! Was that too much to ask?

Harry rounded a corner, and a scream was muffled as he was pulled into a dark corridor. When he was let go, he jumped away, to the find the Weasley twins, identical grins on their faces.

"Fred! George!" Harry strangled out, heart still beating a mile a minute.

"Hello Harry!" They greeted. "Can't get into Hogsmead? Easy fix, that is," The one on the right said.

"Easy fix. And we're willing to fix it," The other said. They had identical grins on their faces.

"See, Harry, we have this map," The twins creeped closer, to the point where they trapped him, one on either side. "All you got to do, is take your wand, tap this map, and say 'I solemnly swear I am up to no good'." The one on Harry's left said, taking out his own wand and tapping it on the piece of paper the one of Harry's right had brought out.

Harry could only stare in awe. "See, it shows everyone in the castle,"

"What they're doing,"

"Every minute,"

"Every where,"

"Every day!"

"See, to get into Hogsmead, there's this one passage, behind a statue on the third floor that goes into Honey Dukes that would be perfect."

"And to hide it again, all you gotta do, is tap it again, and say, 'mischief managed'!" They smiled, and shoved it into his hands.

"How'd you get it?" Harry asked in awe.

"Found it in some draws in Filches office."

"You're just giving it to me?" Harry asked, head titled.

"Well, we will be sad departing with it, but we know Hogwarts like the back of our hands, so we figured you need it more. But, you already paid us plenty." One said with a sinister smile.

"What do you mean? I haven't paid you anything!" Harry asked, confused.

"Oh, sure you have,"

"Like we said,"

"Everything,"

"Every minute,"

"Every day and night!"

They walked away, leaving Harry standing in a corridor, lost in utter confusion. "Oh, don't worry Harry, we'll keep yours and Malfoys midnight "Study" sessions in the prefect bathrooms secret! You provided us tons of entertainment! It's the least we could do!" They walked away, cackling, leaving Harry, now very, very red in the face. "The map never lies, Harry!"
