THE HANGAR WAS QUIET BESIDE THE OCCASIONAL SIGH OR SWITCHING OF TOOLS FROM THE MECHANIC. A gloomy aura hung over the garage, a bitter aftertaste joining it. It was all so dead. Astrid observes the hangar from her spot behind the storage units. Her eyes travel across the dark concrete to the black walls, a small shudder crawling up her spine when she sees a familiar light design on the walls.

It was the same one from her nightmares.

A small jab of guilt forces her to move on. Her bottom lip is again trapped between her teeth, a habit she realized was beginning to get worse. Her green eyes travel from the walls to the various TIEs lined up. But one, in particular, stood out. It seemed to have been modified to be more fatal.

Her stomach churned with unease as she pictured who could be driving the vehicle. They obviously had a large status in the Empire and the army or else the TIE would be long destroyed. Turning back to her team who seemed to be doing the same as her, she nods and they all disperse.
