12. The Poland Way

EU House 3 - 11:37 PM

Poland (🇵🇱) is now finally adjusting to the basement. There's a small room down there and that's where he resides.

Although he still much rather be back upstairs.

He's made himself a nice cozy home down there.

Someone opens his door, it's Austria (🇦🇹).

🇦🇹 - Hey, Deutschland told me you would be down here. My name's Austria, if we haven't met, since you're just down here. Okay, um, see ya.

Austria leaves.

An hour goes by, Poland walks upstairs to the first floor. It's midnight, so it's quiet.

🇵🇱 - Still makes no sense why I would have to switch rooms, should have been Austria instead. What makes Austria so different from me?

The bathroom toilet goes off, Czechia (🇨🇿) walks out.

🇵🇱 - Uh.

🇨🇿 - Oh, hey.

Poland stares at Czechia as she walks away. Poland keeps on sneaking too.

Germany's (🇩🇪) / Austria's room is on the second floor, Poland slowly sneaks upstairs. For some reason, when it's past that certain hour of the night: the floor squeaks louder than regularly.

"Well that's actually because when you're tip-toeing, you're putting all of the pressure onto one spot of your foot. So it creates more uneven force on one spot on the ground, causing the rusty wooden floor to squeak." - 🤓

Poland gets upstairs, D.K./A.T.'s room is closed. He'll have to turn the doorknob.

🇵🇱 - Eh, screw it!

Poland opens the door, it's just Germany and Austria chilling in their beds, totally no race-extermination plan or anything like that.

🇩🇪 - Hey Poland.

🇵🇱 - Okay No! What is this! There's no way everyone in the house voted me to leave. And why have this kid replace my spot! I earned being here just like everyone else.

🇩🇪 - Hey man I-

🇵🇱 - No! I'm tired of this! You use me as a stepping stool to make yourself think that you're better than me simply because you're what? More social? More popular? More fun to be around? For once being here I felt like I belonged, like I belong somewhere, I thought you guys were my people, just to stab me in the back.

🇦🇹 - What? Wait? Deutschland, what is he talking about?

🇩🇪 - Uhh, well, uhh fuck.

🇵🇱 - H- ... Tell him... Tell him!

🇦🇹 - What is happening?

🇩🇪 - I may or may not have kicked Poland out of the room just so you could be in here.

Austria gets up.

🇦🇹 - Dude, that's uncool.

Austria leaves the room, Hungary (🇭🇺) had witnessed all of that.

🇭🇺 - Damn.
