Race (TFP)

Miko Jack and RAF were plotting something none of the boys would imagine.

They were planning to race a bot

Miko came up with the idea as normal, telling the other two that they should wait in the hallway and see which bot comes in first then race that bot and see who wins. Hopefully without said bot knowing the humans were there.
That's how they ended up crouching in the dark corner of a hallway when they heard pedesteps, very LOUD pedesteps. "Optimus maybe?" Jack said, noticing the loud steps coming closer, "Maybe, or Shoulderpads" Miko chimed in as they got ready to run. Then they noticed it was two sets of pedesteps, "We get to race two bots! Get ready!" Miko all but yelled, really excited as she bet almost 50 bucks that the humans would win, suddenly the ground shook as Optimus and Ultra Magnus came around the bend. The kids groaned, knowing they'd probably loose but still wanting to try they bolted after the bots as the entered the hallway. Miko was second with Raf last, Jack was tailing Magnus as the two bots quietly (for them) walked, Miko dashed ahead and was head to head with Jack before a pede came down and they hand to break apart.

[Bots POV]

Magnus vented, tiredly he trudged, still with a straight posture, besides the leader not noticing the humans running with his feet. Optimus noticed the humans and smiled softly, barely noticeable he speed up his walk.

[Humans POV]

Miko smiled noticing that one of the bots caught on, she dashed forward and tapped Optimus's pede before running ahead. Jake did the same and raf ended up stoping, Magnus groaned softly, increasing his speed to match the leaders which made the ground shake. Miko stumbled and ended up falling behind, Jack raced to catch up and soon the end of the hallway was in sight to the humans. Jack ran forward, tapped Optimus's pede which got the leader to speed up again effectively making Miko fall way behind as Jack stumbled but stay up. "Sir, why must you walk so fast? Are you in a hurry?" Magnus asked, optic ridge raised. Optimus chuckled, bent down while walking and whispered into the commanders ear, Magnus groaned and blushed slightly but ended up surpassing the leaders stride and cause Jack to loose. Miko yelled as she ran up behind the panting Jack and Raf followed suite, "Dang it! Well here's your 45$ Jack." Miko grumbled, Jack had ended up betting on the bots and turned out to be right.
