Chapter 2: Betrayal

Ash lowered his head after hearing that everyone he thinks is there to betray him. He walked back to the others and told them what he heard, and this boiled both Jaden and Jolteon's blood pressure as he walked past his crying little brother and then slammed the door wide open while Jaden and Jolteon scared everyone in the house. Ash quickly told his trusted friends to get to Professor Oak's lab to explain everything and see about his Pokemon. They all nodded at his request and then ran off to the lab.

Ash slowly walks beside Jaden, his head lowered, shadowing his eyes, but everyone sees his face covered in tears. Then he looks up to see who the traitors are. Standing before Ash are Barry, Cameron, Conway, Cilan, Dawn, Delia, Drew, Harrison, Paul, Ritchie, Trip, Tobias and Zoey. Seeing them makes Ash angrier, and his aura has awakened that everyone looks terrified of this sight. Then Jaden backs away, recalling that Jolteon should bring out Flareon just in case, and he remains at his brother's side.

Ash is just standing there, his aura glowing around him and becoming red. "Why..." he mutters to the traitors, but Trip snaps out of fear and smirks. "Because you're weak and a pathetic excuse of a trainer," he says, wanting to hurt Ash. Delia then speaks up. "He is right, Ash, and from now on, you're no longer my son, nor you, Jaden," she says, throwing the paperwork to Ash's feet. Then Trip turns to everyone to snap them out of their trance. "We need to end him NOW," he yells at the others as they nod in agreement and then send out their strongest Pokemon, ready to blast Ash and Jaden.

But just as Jaden was about to order Flareon to fire at them, Jaden and Ash quickly turned their heads to hear someone else. "Now Vulpix, use Flamethrower!." said the familiar voice behind them; the flamethrower went past Ash and Jaden, hitting the house's front door and making it on fire. "C'mon, we have to go now." repeats the voice, pulling Ash and Jaden by their arms as they all run towards Professor Oak's lab with Vulpix and Flareon running with them.

The group ran into the lab just to see Professor Oak giving the group a new PokeDex, but then they all heard the door slam open and then shut again with Brock and Jaden holding the fort. Then, they were joined by Gary Oak, who helped them with the door. Ash rushed over to Professor Oak, hugging him with tears running down his face. As Oak hugged Ash back, he was about to ask what happened until they all heard the door pounded.

Oak quickly gave Ash and his group new PokeDex. ''What's this Professor?." Ash asked him about it, and then Oak spoke up. "It's my new PokeDex, which I would like to call the OmegaDex. It will let you hold up an unlimited amount of Pokemon." he said, smiling to reassure Ash that he could take his Pokemon with him wherever he goes, "Where is my Pokemon anyway?." Ash said in a worried tone, then turned to his group with sad faces ''Most side with them Ash, except the ones who are charging at you." says May pointing behind Ash.

Ash quickly says, "EEP." He gets tackled to the ground by his trusted Pokemon, Bayleef, who won't let go of Ash and nuzzles him while the other two Pokemon, Charizard and Pidgeot, can't stop laughing. Then Ash gets back up. "Hey...Why is Pidgeot here?." he asks. Then Professor Oak speaks up. "She's here for her checkup before all of you showed up," he says. Then they heard yelling from the door. "Ashy-boy, we'll hold them off as long as we can," said Gary then. Ash nodded and ran to the back but looked back at his friends. "Anyone coming," he says, but only Misty speaks up. "We can't, Ash. We need to tell our families what happened here," she says as May comes up and kisses Ash's cheek.

"She's right, Ash. We need to tell them before they think of turning them against us." says a worried May then. Pikachu hops on Ash's shoulder, and then a random Eevee hops on, wanting to go with them, "Alright, you all take care of yourselves. I will return and keep in touch with you all." he says with a reassuring smile to his loved ones then Ash rushed out the back were he bump into the traitors ready to blast Ash to death just then a short and tall being teleported in front of Ash then using their psychic powers to make the traitors and their Pokemon go flying across the fields. "You need to hurry and GO!." says Mewtwo, and Mew taps a random PokeBall from Ash's belt, letting herself be caught.
