The trio siblings and Manny parted ways after two days of travelling with each other, as Manny doesn't need to watch them see how strong they are. Still, he tells them that he's proud of his sisters. He will be training his Pokemon for the Indigo League Stadium. Crystal, Mizu, and Yellow all agree that they promise one will face off in the tournament. Still, in the meantime, they are heading for Vermilion City for their following badge, and it's only one more walking trip, which they are pleased to know since they all wanted a good long bath or shower. Along the way, as they are almost at the city gates, the girls find more Pokemon for their party and train some of their new ones on their trip. Still, Yellow is excited mainly that it's her turn for the following badge; near the end of the day, the trip finally reached Vermilion City, but Crystal collapsed from exhaustion. Her sisters quickly bent down to help Crystal up. Still, they found another reason for her condition after all three of their stomachs growled at them and made them blush. "Hehe...Guess we all haven't had food almost all day," says Yellow, giggling sheepishly.

Mizu and Yellow picked up their hungry and tired sister and then carried her to a hotel so they could rest up and rest for the next Gym Leader tomorrow. As they finally reached their shared room with three single beds, they planked their sister onto the bed, and Mizu started ordering some food while Yellow did what she always liked. Take a long bath and relax afterwards. Mizu sat on the bed with her legs crossed over her other legs and her arms crossed, annoyed that Yellow was taking her sweet time in the bathroom. Just then, the food and drinks she ordered finally arrived. She then got off the bed to get the food, only to be tackled out of the way by Crystal, who just had enough strength to get up and get the food. Mizu is dumbfounded but shakes it off and returns to help her sister bring the food into the room. Mizu tips the bellboy, and he goes on his merry day. Meanwhile, Yellow has finally got herself out of the bathroom with just the towels wrapped around her body and hair. "Okay, sis, the bathroom is yours whenever you're ready," she says with a smile, knowing she had a good relaxation. Then she joined her siblings to eat some food. Soon, Mizu finally ate and got her turn for a bath, but as soon as she stepped foot into the bathroom and looked at the tub, she screamed in horror and rushed out. "WHY DON'T YOU CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!." she yells while shaking Yellow violently.

Yellow's eyes are spinning out of control, and she tries to answer. "I...For...Got...Sis..." she says before finally passing out to the ground. Mizu facepalmed her forehead and sighed as she got into the bathroom, cleaned up after fifteen minutes, and finally got her bath going. After stuffing her stomach, Crystal finally finished eating and drinking, then planked herself on the couch. Yellow couldn't believe how fast she'd eaten but was happy Crystal had left some food for them. "Will you chill out with the food next time, please, sis." she chuckled, then sat down with her food, eating happily. Ten minutes later, after Mizu had her shower and left the bathroom, Crystal got up then darted towards the bathroom, got her turn and slammed the door behind her, making Mizu jolt in surprise while Yellow was watching from the sofa and couldn't help herself but burst out laughing at her frightened sister, "That wasn't funny Yellow." she says standing at the side of the sofa with her arms crossed looking at Yellow with a glared face making Yellow stop in fear and her face turned slightly blue. "S-sorry, sis," she says, trying not to piss off her sister anymore.

An hour later, Yellow and Mizu were waiting for Crystal to hurry up, but they forgot that she was just like Mama Misty. They learned that even Misty would take almost two hours for a bath or shower. Still, they heard a click from the door as they looked at the door, "Well, it's about time. We need to get our next badge." said Mizu, throwing some of Crystal's clothes at her. "Alright, alright, can we at least do some shopping after the gym?." she asked both of them, and both nodded yes, making her feel better. After getting themselves ready, the trio headed out for the gym, but when they got there, there was a sign on the door saying. "Out to lunch, come back at half two pm." the sisters looked at each other and then shrugged their shoulders. "Oh well, looks like it's time for shopping." says an-eyed star Crystal as the other two were a little worried about what she had planned, but before they could stop her, Crystal grabbed their hands and dragged them to a mall for clothes and more camping equipment.

It has been almost three hours since they left the gym, and Yellow is itching for her turn with the gym battle while waiting on their sister. Mizu was about to doze off until Yellow yelled, "That's it, Mizu, you're on sister duty while I got get our badges." she said as she passed her shopping bags to her and stormed off for her match. Mizu couldn't help but be dumbfounded and watched her walk off. "Well...Have fun then," she said, recollecting herself. Crystal showed up next to her. "Where's Yellow?" she asks confusingly. Mizu looks at her sister. "Walked off for the gym, let's get our stuff together, then head over ourselves," she says with her happy smile. Yellow finally arrives at the gym and goes inside it to get her battle and badge, but before she goes through the doors, Mizu and Crystal arrive. After running, the two puffed out, "Okay, you two join me when you're ready." Yellow rubbed their backs and gave them their bottle of water. "Thanks, sis. Now go and beat that gym leader," says Crystal, encouraging her sister.

Yellow steps through the main doors for the battle arena where Lt. Serge is waiting for new challengers. "Welcome to my gym, young lady," he says in his macho voice. "Thanks!." she says, getting a PokeBall ready for battle, which Serge likes to see, then throws out Raichu. Standing up proud is Raichu looking fighting fit to bash up its opponents while Yellow brings out her Bulbasaur "Saur!." it yells out before being tackled by Raichu. "Hey...That's not fair," she says, angrily crossing her arms. "Raichu, I never order you to attack without saying so," says Serge, glaring at Raichu for attacking without the match starting. Raichu rubs the back of its head with some sweat, then goes over to Bulbasaur, helps it, and apologises, which Bulbasaur accepts. As soon as they both made up, the match was ready to start, with both trainers getting prepared, and the referee began the battle. "Raichu, use Thunderbolt," he yells as Raichu fires a bolt at Bulbasaur, but it dodges out of the way. "Bulbasaur, use Solar Beam," yells Yellow as Bulbasaur starts its attack. Raichu charges at it, trying to stop Bulbasaur's attack. "Quick, use Volt Tackle," Serge yells, but it is too late as Raichu charges at Bulbasaur while Bulbasaur's attack fires at Raichu, knocking it down, but it gets back up and then fires another Thunderbolt, hitting Bulbasaur and knocking it out with a single.

Yellow returns Bulbasaur to its ball and then throws another ball, bringing out Nidorina. Raichu tries to use a Thunderball attack as it gets ready to charge, but Nidorina dodges it. "Now use charge," she yells as Nidorina charges at Raichu, knocking Raichu to the ground, but it gets back up just a bit. "Wow...This is one tough Pokemon." she says, looking confused about how it can get up after that attack, "Raichu, try and use Thunder Tackle again." Serge yells, then Raichu charges at Nidorina with Thunder Tackle's head, but Nidorina just rubs its head, looking annoyed. "Nidorina, use Earthquake," says Yellow as Nidorina lifts itself and slams onto the ground super hard, causing Raichu to lose balance. "Now hurry to Stampede," she says. Nidorina does so and tackles Raichu super hard, knocking him to the ground again and knocked out. The referee declares Yellow as the winner. "Well, not many people could beat Raichu," he says as he walks up to Yellow and congrats her for winning. Then he gives her three badges. "I had a call about you and your sisters," he says, and then he starts explaining the call, which Yellow is surprised and happy about winning her first match. Yellow smiles as she takes the badges, then turns around to see her sisters watching the game with happy faces on them and clapping their hands to her for winning her first match as the trio gets outside of the building and says goodbye to Serge for his time they start heading back to their hotel to pack up their stuff and putting away their new stuff.
