"Make sure to address this to our people, tell them to be careful, until I reach out to Lucifer, we don't want more deaths" his voice boomed through the room, so soothing and sexy, it made my toes curl in my shoes. I licked my lips unconsciously remembering how he was wrapped around me that day in the hotel, inhaling his scent which somehow drives me crazy "I will all see you next week to inform you more," he adds softly.

Lucifer had been chasing Mammons away from hell and they're killing our people because they don't have where or land to build their houses here. We don't know the reason why the demon king chased them away and the Mammons aren't saying anything. Our people want them to be murdered like they have been doing to us but the king refused them and it's stressing Dean. What did the Mammons do to upset Lucifer this much? We need to find out soon before it's too late.

The last thing we don't want now, is to anger the demon king. The man is feared by all and let me tell you, if you see him, run. Too bad he can't come here on earth since the curse but they say, he is bad news.

"Thank you, my king," Alpha Benson said as they all stood up bowing at the king picking up their files from the desk. I also stood up stretching my tired muscles all I wanted was to get some rest, this was a busy week but I have some things to do other than resting. Even though it looks like I don't do anything as the alpha but man you're all wrong coz I do most of the things.

"Um my king, I would like to ask something," Alpha Jesper asked bowing slightly at him. The King gestured for him to go ahead "have you chosen your mate omega already" he asked gently. I instantly gazed at Dean who was already looking at me.

"I will inform you about that soon," he said his eyes still on me.

"How will you choose when you stand them up every time," the room went silent gazing at James, I blinked at the man who dared speak to him like that.  "you don't give them time to know them my king" he adds looking at Dean who gritted his teeth. Oh, I have been meaning to ask him about the omegas he picked but now I have the answer to that, and damn it made me happy.

So he stands them up.

"Alpha Kolan can you please stay behind," he instead says not giving any mind to what James had said, "I think this meeting is over" the alphas nodded fervently moving out of the room without another question. Damn, my mate was well respected and feared. I also told Glenn to wait for me outside which he agreed to without arguing with me "you two out" he pointed at James and Niles. Niles hurriedly excused himself whereas James stayed behind glaring at Dean with pissed eyes before moving out but did Dean give a shit I think no, coz the way he didn't mind made me want to burst out.

What was James' deal?

The door closed behind him and in a second Dean was engulfing me hugging me so tight I couldn't breathe. I circled my arms around him too inhaling his toxic scent like he was doing. I felt at peace, being here with him. It felt good I wanted to cry out in happiness.

The hug lasted for a few minutes until Dean let go after taking a deep inhale of my scent. "Gods I have missed you so much," he says pulling me in his arms again inhaling my scent like he wants it to get stuck in his system.

"I missed you more" I press a soft kiss on his cheek and I felt him shiver against me as he took in deep breaths. I love that I have this much effect on him. He pulled out of my arms and looked at me intensely bringing his lips to my temple and placing a sweet kiss there which melted my whole being.

"Hey," I say softly his breath fanning my face.

"Hey," he replies still feeling his lips on my skin

"I want to kiss you so badly" I whisper bringing my face closer to his "I want to feel your lips mate," I add again pressing my lips on his nose and making him shiver. It felt right at all levels. "Can I mate" I breathed out carassing his jawline? I really need to kiss him.
