The doctor was a mystery in himself, a time lord from Gallifrey - the last of the time lords. He saved the world countless times, defeated the daleks and destroyed the cybermen over and over again. He is the upcoming storm. The mention of the doctor strikes fear into his enemies all over the galaxy, the true embodiment of fear. Nothing comes close to him.
Yet to the beautiful Y/n, he was just the man who saved her life from weeping angels, the carnivorous creatures that are disguised as statues until you turn around, blink, look away then they attack. They send you to a different time in any century - past or future and feed off the time- vortex particles when you eventually die. Most dangerous creature to face because they are unstoppable that is until they met him -The Doctor.
He saved her life, now it's her time to save him. No pressure. Daleks , the most evil creatures in the galaxy. The only emotion they are programmed to understand is hate. The difference between the weeping angels and the daleks is that the angels can't attack when you are looking at them whereas the daleks can attack whenever and they will exterminate at any chance. Will she be able to do it?
Travelling with the Doctor is a dream come true, Y/n has never been happier than ever when running with him, saving planets from invasions. She couldn't help but fall for him, he was perfect without even trying. His soft brown puppy eyes that you cannot help get lost in, his fluffy chestnut brown hair that impeccable messy hair. To her, the Doctor is sweet, kind, compassionate, caring. He is a savior, her hero. And nothing can change her mind, not a single thing. Why? Well because she loves him, she's in love with him.
She can't focus on that right now, she needs to save him, she must, or the Daleks will destroy all the peace we know. She is standing at the entrance of the main control room of the Dalek spaceship where they are keeping him, god knows what they are doing to him. The sonic screwdriver in hand, the other running through her hair - she's terrified. How on Earth is she going to be able to do this?
'I can do this' she thought to herself , she pushed the button. The screwdriver lit up and made that distinctive noise as the door slowly opened, revealing her to what it felt like a million daleks and him - The Doctor- in a cage. Their heads slowly turned towards her, both Dalek and Doctor.
"Exterminate" .
All daleks firing at her, ' shit shit shit' she ran, not away but towards. She must save him - it's only right since he has saved so many times before. The Daleks' beams hitting each other causes them to explode,only one left. As she got closer and closer to him, the last dalek fired his blaster right at her leg - falling and throwing the sonic screwdriver into the Doctors' cage, setting him free with one press of a button.
He was free.
The remaining Dalek cornered her, she had her back to the wall - she couldn't crawl anywhere else. "Extermi-" the Dalek exploded before he could harm his girl - the Doctor's girl. The destroyed Dalek revealed him, her hero, the Doctor.
"Doctor!" She smiled " I was supposed to save you this time". He ran towards her and he looked worried, he picked up bridal style to the Tardis. "Sweetheart, trust me you have saved many times." He laid her down on her bed, grabbed the first aid kit and tended to her wound. "Doc, can I tell you something?"
"Anything Y/n".
"Doctor , i-" she couldn't do this. How can she tell the man she loves that she loves him? She won't. She can't. "Nevermind it's nothing."
"You sure Y/n".
"Yeah I'm sure."
"Y/n, well I need to tell you something" He takes a deep breath in and out. " I love yo-".
Y/n kisses the Doctor passionately. " I love you too"
