03: Bangkok part 2

"Sena-ssi, what did you say to the Thai lawyer when he was about to leave?" Jinhee asked her suddenly during dinner.

They decided to go to a nearby Japanese bar with a lounge. It was one of the hot places in town, although Sena prefers street food more.

Sena was taken aback by the question, she didn't know that Jinhee would be interested in that. She assesses the situation and looks at anyone else who might be interested, but then she looks at the translator Grace who was looking at her too. She knew that Grace knew what she said and made her answer with her eyes. Jinhee looks at Grace and realizes she might knew the answer, "Right, you are the translator. Tell me..."

"Uhm..." Grace was unsure and looked at Sena's expression. But Sena just drank her beer and signed her just to say anything, "She will pay him double..." Sena attacks her with her eyes, "No, I mean she will pay him with two of Suzy's picture and signature."

"Woah, Yoon Lawyer. So cool!" Kim Jinhee sounds half drunk already as she is shouting like that. Sena just smiles awkwardly and accepts her toast for another beer.

Then Kim Jinhee's phone rings, she is surprised to see the caller ID. It must be one of the artists she managed in the company, "You are in Bangkok alone? What the hell... where are you?!"

Sena observes Jinhee as she goes to the balcony to accept the call. She sensed that her artist must be in Bangkok without notifying the management and got caught in trouble. She drinks quite a bit, so she just hoped that this artist didn't need to go to the police station or something like that.

Jinhee meets eyes with Sena which shows that she needs her help. Sena instinctively got her belongings and asked for the bills.

"Sena-ssi, one of our artists got into a fist fight at Khao San road. The locals were keeping them safe, no authority was involved by far. I need your help and we need to hurry." Kim Jinhee briefed her and she nodded as she understood.

"Everyone, I am sorry I have to go. I have paid the bills and added some beers for you. Have fun for the rest of the night." Sena announced to the team that she is leaving with Jinhee, Jo Hyunjin also offers to join, they agreed as maybe a man will be helpful in such a situation.

Some of them were disappointed that they're leaving but Park Gitae quickly diverted the attention, so they could leave quietly.

Jinhee calls the artist to ask for a specific location and Sena quickly navigates and sees the signs. Not too long, she notices some suspicious group gathers and her guts tell her that is where she has to go. She quickly tells Jinhee and Hyunjin the direction.

Hyunjin noticed people were taking pictures and videos, so he instinctively asked for their cooperation to stop taking them in broken English.

They saw a big drunk man with a swollen cheek who was still angry and some people were holding him back. A woman meanwhile stood on the side scared and confused, she is with some friends that try to calm her but also scared. On the other side a man with a black cap and black shirt and jeans tried his best to cover his face facing the floor. Jinhee quickly checks on him and Sena follows after checking and asking some questions to the girls.

"What happened? Tell me..." Jinhee asked. The tall man sounds unclear as he try to hide his face and tell the story.

"The girls noticed me and followed me around. I tried not to bother and tell them that I am on holiday, they kept their distance but still followed..." He told Jinhee, his voice is calm and confident although people might think that he has done something wrong because of his sitting position.
