15: The Truth

It is Monday, the day that Sena has a weekly meeting at HYBE. She went to check on the feasibility of setting up a meeting with The Thompson, regardless of still feeling sick. She is lucky that they are excited about the investment proposal. She felt relieved that she was saved from her own impromptu bluff to Niall.

Seonho accompanied her in the meeting, he actually was about to handle the meeting himself knowing her condition. It is just Sena is the type that wants to see things herself at what she does. So, he told her to go home after the meeting instead of coming back to the office. "Do you want to take my driver with you?" Seonho offered when they were in the lobby before parting ways, Seonho had another meeting with another client, "I think you should." He chose the number on his phone and decided to call his driver. But Sena took his phone as soon as he mentioned the driver's name.

"I am okay. I promise. I can drive home." Sena said and returned his phone.

"Can't you just take a taxi?" Seonho is worried. "Here take my car, I'll get the driver to return your car to the apartment." He even took out his wallet, seeing how pale she is.

Sena, being stubborn, insisted on not accepting the card, "I have the company card too..." she said, making Seonho want to nag at her more. He stopped himself as he saw someone coming closer to them.

"Hello, Park Depyonim (Mr. Park the CEO)..." the man greeted him and Seonho greeted him back and quickly showed his dimple smile.

Sena can feel a huge figure behind her and slowly peeks on her side.

"How are you?" Wonwoo asked. "Sorry I didn't get the chance to greet you properly last time." He referred to the night in the restaurant.

Seonho waved his hand refusing the apology, "Don't worry about it. I was glad you were there when Sena was in trouble."

Sena quickly glared at him, she forgot to tell him the complete story about their meeting that night and that Wonwoo didn't know about Niall.

"Anyway..." Seonho tried to divert the attention before Wonwoo got a chance to ask the meaning of his words, "Are you coming to practice today?"

"I just completed my exercise and am about to go home. Then I saw you and Lawyer Yoon and decided to say hi before leaving." He peeks at Sena who is quiet throughout their conversation avoiding eyes with them, "Are you feeling well, Sena-ssi?" Wonwoo asked, calling her by her first name, but Sena just smiled awkwardly and slightly nodded.

"Ah right, you guys are close, right?" Seonho took the chance as Wonwoo called her that way, based on his tone he looks like he has a great idea, "Actually she just got out of the hospital and not so well. I told her to take a taxi coming here but she insisted on driving. Even though I gave her my card, she still wants to go alone. I am so worried. Is there any chance you can drive her home?"  Seonho spoke so fast like he was rapping, but only made the last question clear.

Sena glared at him and got closer to punish him with a pinch, but Seonho showed good reflex before she came closer at him.

Wonwoo awkwardly smiles at Seonho's request. He is glad that Sena at some point talked about him to make her boss ask him a favor. Wonwoo quickly agreed as he saw Sena trying to interrupt and protested, "Sure, Depyonim. I will make sure she gets home safely." Seonho asks him for a low high five and hugs him on the side.
