I woke up at 2p.m, I look around and couldn't find Mia, she probably woke up before me so I decide to go downstairs and saw Mia and her mom making pancakes together.
They had perfect mom and daughter relationship. After Mia noticed me she called out for me
"hey you woke up" I nod, her mom turned around and says
"hey dear, pancakes are ready sit down and eat girls" we sat down and begin eat pancakes, after few minutes Mias mom left for work and we were alone at house, I was bored but Mia interpreted my thoughts
"we're going out today!" she says excitedly
"where?" I ask, she chuckles and smirks "you will like it" she says and I know no matter how much I ask her to tell me she won't, so I just nod
After few hour Mia stud up and started to choose outfit,
"ugh I have nothing to wear" she says annoyingly and lays in bed with me.
"so what are you going to wear?" she asks
"hmmm I'm not sure, I think jeans will do it for me, I don't really wanna dress up" I replay, after an hour she decided to wear a skirt. And now Mia's favorite part, make up, after an hour and a half she was done with it too and then she looked at my direction
I narrow my eyes "what?" ask
"I'm done, are you gonna put make up on or no? "she asks, I quickly nod and put concealer and blush on
Mia looks at me and says "sometimes I'm jealous of your thick brows and long lashes" she sighs
I roll my eyes and say "and I'm jealous of your blue eyes"
"Okay it's 10 pm we got to go" she says takes car keys and we sat down in car,
How long till we get there? "I ask and she replays "40 minutes but I'll make it less" she winks and I nervously smile,
I fucking knew it this is the end, I knew we couldn't make it till 18, oh god please save us.
Anyway after few curse words, almost dying and 30 minutes of praying we are here, I still don't know where we are but I can't recognize this place, there are lots of people and cares, hold on is this what I think it is
"Mia, is this- "she interprets me "yes" she says while nodding her head
The street care race
me and my father used to watch street races before but I haven't been here for ages, you can just say I find joy in the thrill. Street racing was the quickest way for me to experience the excitement I had always craved for cars, especially fast cars. I myself never participated in any major street racing, I wanted to go there again, I'm so happy.
"Do you like it" Mia asks
"like it? I love it!" I say, there were lots of people so I made sure to stay close to Mia's side, Mia's said the race will start in 30 minutes,
"hey, I'll buy drinks for us, there are lots of people the line so stay here I'll be back in few minutes" I simply nod and leaned against the wall,
after 5 minutes someone stud beside me
''hey'' he said with friendly tone, I look at him 'hey" I replied, he won't be older than 18 maybe 19
"so are you alone here?" he asks
"wait hold on, that sounds so creepy, sorry I didn't mean it like that, it's just not really safe for girl to be here alone so I- "I interpret him and say with not so friendly tone
"don't worry I'm here with a friend"
"my name is Noah by the way, what's yours" he asks, he doesn't seem like bad guy but I don't judge book by its cover
"Lily" I lie and give him a fake smile, suddenly, someone touched my shoulder I turned around and see Mia
"hay, there you are, it's time to go" I nod turned to Noah
"bye, my friend is here I got to go" I smile he nods
"bye lily, hope we'll met again" he smiles and goes to group of guys who I spouses were his friends.
"who is lily" Mia asks, I chuckled and say "no one, let's go"
After few minutes the cars settle and I see Nissan 350z witch has 306 horsepower
Yea I know my cars
And black masera- what hold on
I rub my eyes to make sure I'm seeing what I'm seeing
my dream car black Maserati, what in world is that car doing there, it has 424 horsepower, can reach speeds of up to 203 mph. I- I'm speechless, if that person wants to compare with Maserati and not another car, the prize must be high.
"hey you here" Mia asks snapping me from my thoughts
"yea, I was just thinking that prize must be high in this race" I say, she narrowed her eyes
"I don't know about that but what I do know is that car boys are hot'' she winked, I shake my had and continue to watch the race, I know mia isn't really a car fan and the only reason she's her is me.
After about an hour and a half the race was over and I hear sound that no one wanted to hear, police siren I quickly looked at Mia and she does the same
"run" we bout say at the same time, we quickly go to our car and she starts do derive
"well that was scary" she sighs
"indeed" I replay while we both were breathing heavily, after about 20 minutes' car stopped, I looked at Mia
"Why did we stop?" I ask
She looks at me annoyingly "I didn't stop it, I think something is wrong with the car" she sighs
Well fuck, it's been 15 minute and we still couldn't figure out what was wrong with car, after few minutes we saw car parking right behind us,
and what went through my head that moment was something, what will think person who watches true crime documentaries and it is nothing good, but after few second familiar face shows and it was guy I meet, Noah steps out of the car and waves his hand, I smile and do the same
"and we meet again, why is your car standing in the middle of the road?" he asks
"hey Noah, amm so my friends car broke down and we have no idea what is wrong with it, so yea hear we are" I say
"well good thing I know little about cars I could help you if you will let me see it" I nod and after few minutes he was done
"and that's it" he says and smiles
"thank you so much, I don't know how long we would have to be here if not your help" I say smiling
He smiles and says "it's nothing"
"anyway, I don't want to keep you hanging, your friends are probably awaiting for you, thanks again and bye Noah" I say to him, smiling."
"bye lily, hope we meet again" he says and goes back to his car where his friends were, I sat in passengers seat and Mia looks at me confused
what?" I ask
"who the fuck is lily?" she asks, I sigh
"I meet this guy while waiting for you to buy drinks and asked for my name and i-" she interpreted me and started to nodding her head
"ooooh yea yea I get it you gave him fake name" I simply nod and after 15 minutes we were at Mias house, it was 3 am and we were tired so we just decided to go to bed.
