A/N: Series thus far and new idea for content

Hey guys, thought I'd write this to just to talk about the series and an idea i have for some extra chapters. 

First off I can't thank you all enough for over 400 reads and nearly 20 votes on my series. I'd never expected this series to do so well, I was just thinking "Oh it would only get like maybe 100 reads and maybe one comment.", and look at it now. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you all. Chapters will still coming out, with them being longer as I have more to say in each one they're going to take some more time. I'm really happy how the chapters 10 and 11 turned out. Rivalry and Disaster's goal was to set up the Medicis as a figure in the series, and as you may expect, some stories are going to be about them in the future. 

I've had this idea since Around chapter 9's late stages. With Gordon now gone the express needs tending to, this could make a fun story back on the North Western Railway as the engines now have to cope with doing the missing engine's work. I could imagine characters like Duck coming over to Thomas' branchline to fill in for him, Mavis doing Toby's work, and James struggling with Gordon's express. Thus I want to introduce a new type of chapter to this series. 

NORTH WESTERN DIVERSIONS

Welcome to the North Western Diversions. Inspired by the sidetracked chapters by Spitfire94 and his amazing "The Wonderful World of Skullgirls" story. I seriously recommend checking his stuff out, fair warning it's far longer than mine, but it's worth the read. The diversion chapters will draw focus back on the engines of the NWR and how've they been will these disappearances of their friends. This will include the extra work they would have to do, and others coming from different parts of the island to help out where they can. I plan the first chapter to be on the Ffarquhar branchline with Percy, Daisy, and Duck. More chapters of that will come out whenever I feel like inspired to write them. 

Again I cannot say how much it means to me that you've all been enjoying my series. There of course will be moments where I slow down with the writing, life and such have ways of getting in the way, but regardless I will always look forward to bringing you all what I can. I'm so grateful people have found my weird, bizarre crossover enjoyable and it gives me confidence that I can do a lot more than just imagine this idea and never take it anywhere. Anyway I rambled enough. Comment thoughts or ideas for chapters as I always want to hear from you guys, it's fun chatting with you guys. Peace.
