The flight to Austria was so relaxing. I looked down through the window and saw my home country.
I was happy to be back. I would finally see my family again.

"Are you excited to be home?" Max looked at me smiling. "You have no idea. I am so happy to see my family again" he smiled at me. He probably must know how I was feeling as he didn't see his family very often either.

We were in the Red Bull Ring as the track is called. It was definitely the home of the bulls and the Dutch Army was present as well. It was my home country but it was certainly Red Bull's home as well. It was actually quite fitting. My two little families in one country.

Toto invited my family to the Mercedes hospitality and garage. It felt weird to enter their hospitality again but obviously I wanted to see my family. "There is my beautiful daughter" my dad walked up to me smiling. I hugged my mom and dad. I was so happy to see them again. "I am so happy to see you again, we are so proud of you" my mom said while hugging me. "I am happy to see you too mom" she looked at me as if she haven't seen me in a year. Which was actually close to the truth.

My mom and I decided to walk around the paddock a bit. I would show her around. We walked passed a couple of hospitalities. I introduced her to Charlotte and Isa.
Max walked out his hospitality just as we walked passed. I felt my cheeks turn red as he walked to us. "Hey Ryls how are you?" He smiled at me and looked at my mom quickly. "Hi Max, this is my mom, mom this is Max" I quickly introduced them but I was hoping my mom wouldn't embarrass me. "Nice to meet you Mrs Wolff" he said while shaking her hand. "Nice to meet you too Max, but you can just call me Paulina" Max nodded. God he looked so cute.
"So Max, we are having a dinner tonight at our house, why don't you join us?" I looked at her quickly. What was she doing? She knew Max and I broke up.
"Mom, Max is probably busy preparing for the race and stuff" I smiled at the both of them.
I was hoping that Max understood that he didn't have to do this if he was busy, even though I would love to spend more time with him.
"I would actually love to join you guys. Rylee will send me the address and I'll be there" my mom looked more happy than I did. Not much after Max needed to go to his garage and walked away.

"Mom what are you doing?" She just smiled as I looked at her. "God Rylee, have you seen how you two look at each other? You may think that our family won't welcome him but you're wrong. That man loves you and you clearly love him." She was right. I broke up with him only because I thought my family wouldn't accept him but I wouldn't know if I didn't try. Maybe my dad and Toto would accept him if they saw how much we cared for each other.
