"I was at my photo shoot today with Viv and the gals for the kit this season!" I told the camera as I was sat at the kitchen table doing absolutely nothing.

"We have no footage on here, but there is another video on the Arsenal page if you wanna go see that, for the shoot today." I told the camera with a smile and I picked at my cuticles as I was bored.

"But they all look really good, a few were fails, but I have some good ones of me and Viv, and I stole a few with Katie in it as well." I told the camera with a laugh remembering the picture of me and Katie.

"So we've got another week of training!" I added to the camera with a smile.

"Erm, we don't have a game until the 9th and it's currently the 3rd so we have just less than a week." I told the camera with a smile as I messed about with my hair.

"It gives us a load of time to get us back into working as a team after this international break." I told the camera with a smile.

"Do some other bits and bobs as well." I told the camera leaning my head into my hands. "I might get Viv to try and bake us a cake."

"Viv's probably gonna try and continue learning the guitar, she hasn't done that in a while." I added as an afterthought.

"I'll probably just sit there and sort out this coming years activities." I told the camera as I knew I had to sort out a free day of mine and the girls' as we were going back to my primary school to have a 'lesson' with some of the girls who want to play football.

"Viv's also gonna try and bury herself in Uni work, but I'll be dragging her out of it to message the girls." I told the camera with a small nod.

There was just a montage of me and Viv and some of the girls from training, it may have looked sunny but the weather was really shit.

"Me and Viv are back from training." I led back as I spoke the camera in my hand as I showed Viv who was sat on the couch with me, and she was just sat there doing nothing.

"We just did some....." I started to say before sitting back up. "There's NALA!" I shouted pointing at our neighbours dog.

"Sorry." I told the camera with a smile. "I got distracted, but our neighbours adorable puppy. She is so cute."

"But, let's get back on track." I told myself. "Just back training with the gals, the weather was cold as anything, but what can you expect from England in December."

"it was a good session, just did some small sided games among other stuff." I added as I leaned my chin on my palm thinking.

"Good session all around, just getting us into it for the week ahead." I told the camera messing with my hair again.

"We've got a game amongst us at the weekend to get ready for the game." I added as I was just thinking a bit.

"Today I'm just chilling with Viv, I'm tired so I'm hoping to have a little sleep, but Viv probably won't let me." I told the camera going to lean back a bit so I was led on Viv's legs.
