Izuku just swallowed, before turning away from Yoichi and glaring into the void. He knew he'd been a bit harsh, but honestly...how could Yoichi justify actions he himself might have taken while not even justifying them.

"I apologize, I seem to have lost control of my temper." Izuku whispered through clenched teeth, before taking a deep breath." If it is your wish for me to do that, then I suppose I shall follow through with your decision as it is your Quirk at the end of the day. I just hope you won't feel guilt over what may happen to your precious Nine.five successor."

With that he forced himself awake, ignoring the shouts of protest from the users of One For All. He didn't want to be around them anymore or he might do something that he would regret, the last thing he needed was to lash out at the people who could likely killed him with One For All coursing through his body currently.

He ran his hands down his face, staring at the far wall of the bedroom he was currently in and then turned to check the clock. It was about three in the morning, but he had a feeling he wouldn't be getting anymore sleep.

A frown stretched across his face, then he let out a sigh and reached for his phone and typed a quick text to Yagi.

It seemed he should finally tell the man that he isn't the right person for One For All, he needed to tell them to look for someone else as the former users clearly weren't going to let up on their beliefs.

He got a text back, telling him they would be over in a few minutes as they had been having a meeting with Nedzu at the time and so he leaned against his headboard waiting.

Ten minutes later and a light knock was heard on the bedroom door, letting him know the blonde Hero had arrived. He called out for them to enter, the man entering the room quietly and walking over, before sitting on his bed next to him with a concerned expression.

"Young Midoriya, are you alright?" Yagi asked softly and Izuku just shrugged, not really having an answer to that question.

"I don't really know." Izuku whispered as he fiddled with the comforter of the bed he was in.

Yagi frowned, but didn't speak again just yet as they seemed to think over what to say. He wondered how they would react knowing their predecessors had rejected him as their ninth successor. He really started liking the Hero now that they weren't forced to be at each others throats, but how far would that take them if their master and the woman he killed rejected him?

"Can you at least tell me what's wrong?" Yagi asked eventually and Izuku flinched, knowing that this question would eventually be asked.

"I saw the One For All users in my dream after the entrance exams." Izuku murmured and Yagi's eyes widened." Apparently the Quirk sucks the soul of the user in after their death, but they weren't happy about me being the successor of One For All....they want me to, giving One For All to someone who's Quirkless...since only my Quirk or a Quirkless person can handle One For All at full strength right now....

The conflicted look on Yagi's face was enough to let his concerns slowly rise once more, but eventually a look of steely determination followed.

"Listen here, my boy." Yagi stated firmly." I know that the One For All users have made a decision, but I wasn't a part of that decision and they shouldn't be able to make decisions they are clearly bias in."

Izuku's eyes narrowed in confusion, wasn't Seventh's opinion more important to the blonde Hero then their desire to defend him? No matter how much Izuku figures he's solved the mystery of Yagi, they do something like this and throw his entire profile of them out the window once more.
