Izuku just stared at the surprised expressions of the seven users, before sighing slightly as he tried to collect his thoughts.

"Stop fighting, Third did what he thought was necessary." Izuku whispered softly, head turned towards the ground of the void." I don't know why he did it, but I...I trust him. I trust he did it for a good reason and you should trust him too, because he's your friend. I don't have many friends, but I do know that you cherish them."

He felt his chest clench as he said the words, he would have never imagined saying he trusted Third before now. Why he trusted them was beyond him, they had spent a majority of their life and afterlife trying to kill him.

All he knew was that he did, for some odd reason.

Whether it was from them giving him Fa Jin or just talking to him while he was awake, he didn't know or care. That didn't matter right now, he just didn't want to see the man be targeted by the people they cared for. It wasn't right, Third shouldn't have to deal with that over one decision they made.

"I just want to know, if I wake up...will I go into that state again and not remember anything?" Izuku asked hesitantly, before gritting his teeth." Cause if that is the case, I don't think I want to wake up...."

"I don't know." Yoichi stated, sounding tense." Your proving to be a large unknown to everyone here...I don't know if I like it."

Izuku nodded, swallowing slightly as he tried to come to terms with his situation and what it would mean if he were to wake up. He could end up losing himself permanently or the complete opposite, but one thing was for sure either way he was going to face consequences for what happened at the USJ.

He ran his hands down his face, the feeling in his chest bubbling up until he let out a sound that he was startled to identify as a sob.

With a blink he pulled his hands from his face, only to see that they were damp. He was crying, he hadn't cried since Yoichi died. He took a shaky breath, now that it was leaking it was threatening to break and he wasn't sure whether he could handle it if it did.

His attention was brought towards the third user who had knelt down before him, their black eyes holding fragile empathy and concern. He opened his mouth to speak, but the man just shook their head slightly and he stopped. However before he could react the man spoke gently as if talking to any normal child, something he wasn't and would never be.

"It's alright, Midoriya, you don't have to fight your mental battles alone." Third whispered, their voice kind." Your allowed to stumble and fall, none of us expect your road to redemption to be flawless...your human, you make mistakes or life throws curb-balls at you, just know that we'll be right here should that happen."

Izuku just looked at the other man, confusion rising inside him.

"But...but I'm your enemy, I killed you all and destroyed so many lives...so many of your lives in my attempts at getting One For All." Izuku whispered and he glared downwards at his hands, tears blurring his vision." Why would you be there for me, why risk your bright souls for a soulless Demon like me?"

Cause that's what he was, a Demon, someone who's only purpose was to destroy, torture, kill, and lie. He was a monster that parents told their children, a Villain that Heroes feared, a killer that would make most terrorists bow in respect.

He had killed thousands, had tortured even more, and had made decision that had nearly brought global society to it's knees. It had been him that started the Quirk wars, knowing he could profit of the chaos it had created. Knowing that if the world was at odds, he could let them all burn themselves out and come in like a shining saviour to rescue them from their pain.
