Ch 33. The Poison Suspect

It took nearly four more hours before Izuku finally woke up, his heart racing as he sat up in the bed and warily looked around the room. His room, he was in his bedroom and when he looked to the side he noted Katsuki laying there, had his boyfriend been that worried about him?

"K-Kacchan?" Izuku called and the spiky blonde opened their eyes, before sitting up straight.

"Deku!" Katsuki exclaimed and they moved to giving Izuku a hug, but much to his embarrassment he flinched at the sudden movement.

"S-Sorry, Kacchan." Izuku stammered out, before taking a deep breath." E-Endeavor, I m-may have p-provoked him a-and he a-attacked me. H-He choked m-me and I a-am pretty s-sure he w-would have k-killed me."

Katsuki's face went from worried to furious, but they didn't make a sudden movement and simply scooted closer slowly and wrapped their arms around him. Izuku clung to them, the warmth from their body making him feel safer. He could practically feel Katsuki's teeth grinding as they hugged him, but he understood the anger wasn't directed at him.

A few minutes later and Aizawa poked their head into the room, seeing that he was awake they walked in slowly and sat at the end of the bed. Izuku reluctantly pulled out of the hug and scooted over to Aizawa, giving them a tight hug as well.

"How are you feeling?" Aizawa asked and Izuku shrugged, not really knowing what to say in response.

"I'm o-ok, Dad." Izuku responded softly, cursing the stutter." C-Can't stop s-stuttering though, w-which is r-really annoying."

Aizawa nodded, before he let out a small sigh.

"Endeavor has been arrested for attacking what's essentially a Civilian." Aizawa explained, making relief flood Izuku." You might have been a Super Villain, but when the HPSC gave you permission to take the Quirk's of the Villains you come into contact with, it also came with dropping charges of whatever happened before you were de-aged."

Izuku's eyes widened, before he swallowed.

"B-But then, w-why am I u-under watch c-constantly?" Izuku asked and Aizawa winced." If I a-am just considered l-legally a Civilian, t-then why am I b-being watched like a V-Villain on Parole?"

"It was the condition for your Villain status to be dropped, plus at the time, All Might had provide very good reasoning why you should be let off the hook." Aizawa said and Izuku blinked, who the heck was All Might?

He turned to look at Katsuki, who winced.

"All Might was the Number One Hero before the flaming-trashcan and you were really close to them, like siblings or some shit, at least that's what you told me." Katsuki said, before sighing." However they died recently."

Izuku frowned, feeling a bit upset that another person he cared about wasn't in his memories, at least not yet. He nodded though, leaning over and giving Katsuki a small kiss on the cheek and the other teen just blushed furiously. Izuku grinned, before turning to Aizawa, ducking his head a little.

"Sorry for provoking them, I hadn't expected the Number One fucking Hero to attack me though." Izuku said, his nerves having calmed and he managed to actually speak without the annoying stutter.

"Don't, you were pushing things, but it was Endeavor's responsibility to show restraint in that kind of situation." Aizawa stated, before giving him a pat on the leg." Your not in trouble and if it makes you feel better, Todoroki and his siblings have been placed in their mothers care. Endeavor is no longer responsible for them in any way shape or form."

A surge of pride filled him, realizing that even though he had gotten hurt and almost killed he still managed to save Todoroki and their family from their father.
