I was finna smacking the holy shit out of her. What the fuck. I was carried out of the restaurant by Dev. I sat in his truck bouncing my leg up and down. I was fuming with rage. I couldn't look at nobody or my phone.

I was just beyond pissed. Dev leaned over kissing me. I pushed him off of me. He laughed at the face I made. "Baby" he said rubbing my thigh. He looked me in my eyes.

"What" I said folding my arms.

"Calm down" he got out the car walking to my side opening the door. "Come on" he said.

"I don't wanna" I pouted.

"You really gonna make me pull you out" he said laughing. I find nothing funny. I didn't move. So, he lifted me up over his shoulders. His strong ass got me fucked up.

"You gonna put me down" I asked.

"You calm now" he stopped walking.

"Yes, I'm calm" he put me down pulling me closer to him.

"Gimme a kiss so I know you calm" I looked at him mushing his face. "Alright, someone going back up" he laughed.

Okay, fine" I pecked his lips laughing.

"You playing, babe?" He said.

"Oh, am I" I tried to walk back to the truck. But, he pulled me back wrapping his arms around me.

He kissed my neck gripping my ass. He whispered in my ear making me jump from his words. He pulled me back to him. "I love you so much" he said putting his face in my neck.

"I love you too, baby" I said turning around. I grabbed his face kissing him. I was absolutely falling in love with him. He was my baby for life.

I didn't notice that we were still standing in the parking lot until we pulled away.

My life was just a wreck right now. My parents are mad at me and kicked me out. I've been staying with Kevin. But, he doesn't know about it. I'm scared to tell him.

My whole life is finna be turned upside down now. I was cleaning up the mess Kevin and I made earlier. I was thinking of ways to tell him.

I'd usually call Kira for some help but, she wasn't answering.

I sighed walking into the kitchen, tryna to find something to eat when my phone rang. It was an unknown number that looked kind of familiar.

"You have a collect call from Piedmont Regional Jail. To accept the call and all charges, press 1" my heart was racing. I couldn't feel my fingers. What the fuck. This can't be happening right now. I wasn't ready for this.

Since that call earlier, my nerves has been shakily. I couldn't breathe right. Kevin had been looking at me weird ever since he got back from taking care of business.

"You okay, babe" he said looking up from the tv.

"Yeah" I was all jittery for some reason. I jumped when there was a knock. Kev got up and got the door.

I walked into the kitchen giving Kev some space while he and some dude talked. What the fuck was happening now.

Everywhere I turn, she's there. I was really trying to keep calm. But, it wasn't working for me. I've been with Byron all week. There was something off about him lately.

I was lying in his bed when he went downstairs to get the door.

He came back up with this adorable little girl in his hands. Two little boys followed in behind him.

"Who's this" I asked sitting up slowly.

"My niece and nephews. They bad as hell" he said laughing. "My sister in law needs me to watch them for a little while" he sat down next to me. "This is Amya. Over there is Shaun. That bad boy right there is Ronnie" Ronnie was poking at my legs smiling at me. Amya was climbing over By.

"How old are they" I said playing with Ronnie.

"Shaun is the oldest. He's 5. Ron is 3 and Mya is 15 months." he said.

"Aw" I continued to play with Ronnie and Amya. Shaun was all over the place. He ran every time By got near him. It was too cute.

We ended up taking the kids to Chuck E. Cheese. Let them run around. By was with Ronnie playing games. Shaun was still eating his pizza as I held Amya. She had goofy personality.

"Go play" Shaun looked up at me wiping his hands and mouth on a napkin.

"Yes" I said feeding Amya a bottle. By came and sat down as Shaun walked off. "Ron wore me out" he said eating my pizza. I laughed.

"I bet" I said rocking Amya.

It was going quite well until Lili walked in with some dude and two kids, little girl and boy. If these were the kids she was trying to pin on my brother. I don't see it at all.

I must've had a funny look on my face. Cause By stared at me weird. "What" I asked pouting.

"Let's go get ice cream" By said. Ron and Shaun came out of nowhere cheering. Mya giggled a little. "I got a feeling something gonna pop off" By stood up stretching. I put Mya in her car seat grabbing my phone.

By was right. We need to go asap. I just knew she was gonna say something smart.
