Chesney Anderson didn't know anything about wedding venues or getting married but we had a venue in our family for generations. My mother ran it until she passed away unexpectedly and I was left to make people's wedding dreams come true.
With it nee...

I left the guys with Sadie while I drove over to the wedding dress shop. Whitney and Bonnie were waiting on me.
I was nervous but excited hoping I could find the perfect dresses for us.
"Thanks for meeting me guys!"
"How was my baby?" Bonnie asked.
"Oh she was great taking a nap and your big baby was feeding his face." I laughed.
Bonnie laughed as we walked inside the store.
We walked around and looked at dresses and I picked out a couple and so did Whit while Bonnie looked around.
I went to the dressing room with the sales associate and she helped me to get into the first one and I immediately didn't like it but I wanted to show them anyway.
Whit made a face and Bonnie frowned so I couldn't help but laugh. "Glad you guys don't like it either."
I went in to try the next one and I do like this one but it's itchy.
I walked out and Whit smiled. "I like it."
"So do I." Bonnie smiled.
"It's very itchy in the boob area." I laughed.
"Ok then next!" Whit laughed.
The associate helped me to get the third one on and I smiled in the mirror. I really like this one a lot.
I walked out to Whit and Bonnie and they were smiling big.
"Oh, this is the one!" Whit smiled.
"I really really like this one." Bonnie smiled.
"I love this one! I am saying yes to the dress!" I smiled.
"Oh great! It fits like a glove so you won't need to have any alterations." The clerk smiled.
"Your turn Whit. I want to see those green dresses." I smiled.
Whit comes out in four dresses and we decided we liked the second one best so while she went to put her clothes back on I got Bonnie's hand and walked over to the dresses.
"Bonnie I want you to pick you out a dress."
"What? No way Chesney."
"Yes! We want to buy your dress. You have to look beautiful on our special day. What color do you like?"
"I eyed a gold one over there that I really like."
"Well, let's go get it and try it on ok?"
Bonnie squeezed my hand and kissed my cheek. "I love you so much Chesney and not just because of the dress. But my son's happiness means so much to me and well Sadie is the cherry on top."
"She sure is." I smile.
Whit and I sit and wait on Bonnie to come out and when she does she is glowing.
"Oh, Bonnie I love it!" I smile.
"It looks gorgeous on you!" Whit clapped.
"Add that to my other dresses." I smiled at the clerk.
"Have you decided on flowers yet?"
"No, but I need to talk to Mrs. Loretta and see what I like."
"I would be glad to go with you unless Stone will want to go with you."
"I don't think Stone will care what the flowers look like." I laugh.
Bonnie walked back out and the associate took all three dresses up front since none need altered and rang them up.
Bonnie tried her best to pay for her dress but I wouldn't allow it. Stone and I had money put aside for the wedding since we don't have to pay for a venue.
"Bonnie, do you think you can take the dresses to your house so Stone won't see them?"
"Sure I would be glad to."
"I don't mind taking mine that way I can make sure the guys get the right color green bow ties."
"Oh, that's a good idea Whit." I smiled.
We decided to pick up food and bring it over to the house because the guys have to be hungry by now. We have been dress shopping for a couple of hours.
Bonnie and Whit went to take the dresses to her house while I stopped and ordered a bunch of Chinese food for everyone.
I sit in my car and wait on the food to be ready and look and pictures of Sadie. She has changed so much since she was born and I love every moment of it.
I look down at my engagement ring. Mom may be the reason that I was brought back here but she is not the reason that I found Stone or have Sadie. I would never give that woman that much credit.
I walked inside and got the box of food and headed home. When I got there Whit and Bonnie had just pulled up and Stone came out to help me with the food.
"Did you find a dress?" He smiled.
"We all did. Perfect fits and we are ready to go." I smiled.
"Well, Sadie has done just great. She slept mostly but I am sure that mom woke her up and is now holding her." He laughed.
"Oh, I am sure that she did. I will tell you more about the dresses later. Let's go eat this while it's hot." I smile.
When we walked inside Bonnie had Sadie in her arms and Stone took the food to the counter where everyone can grab a plate and set wherever they want.
I walked over to Bonnie holding Sadie and leaned down and kissed her forehead. "How is mama's girl?"
"She seems happy and dry." Bonnie laughed.
"I changed her because Clay is a chicken." Stone laughed.
"We already discussed this whole poop thing. I am going to be the fun uncle that brings bunny figurines over but not diaper duty." He laughed.
We all grabbed plates and sit around and Whit came over and sit down beside me.
"Are you not going to let me pay for my dress either?"
"No way you will not and when Meredith gets here I want to get her a dress as well."
"Oh you don't have to do that Chesney." Bonnie frowned.
"I want to. She needs to be included even though she's not around here. Jorge too." I smile taking a bite of my crab rangoon.
