jisung was shocked to say the least when he saw felix and the blond standing by his locker the next day.
"good morning jisung!" felix said enthusiastically, which caused the blond to look at him as well.
"well i'm off then. see you later lixie", he said and walked away.
"hey felix", jisung greeted back as he started taking out some of his books for the next few classes.
felix didn't say anything and just kept quiet. the boy seemed nervous for some reason and jisung quickly caught on. "is everything alright?"
felix took a deep breath before brushing his blond bangs away so he could properly look at jisung. "i was wondering if we could be friends", he said confidently, which caught jisung off-guard.
when jisung didn't immediately reply, felix became insecure. "i just don't have any friends in our year and you seem nice so i thought-" he rambled, stumbling over some of his words.
jisung smiled at the other. "of course."
felix's face lit up and he engulfed jisung in a tight hug. "i just don't really know anyone apart from hyunjin, changbin and minho. they told me i should at least try to find friends in my year."
jisung smiled, even though felix couldnt see, and gently pet his blond locks.
"well i have to get going! minho's waiting for me", he said letting go of jisung.
"but we have math now", jisung argued, although he wasn't sure felix heard him as he'd already run off.
"i'm skipping!" he faintly heard felix yell, which caused him to sigh.
"what did he want from you?"
seungmin and chan walked up to him, eyes trailing behind felix, who ran to minho, bear-hugging him.
"he asked if we could be friends", jisung explained and chan laughed.
"you said no right?"
jisung frowned. "why should i say no?"
"jisung he's a delinquent. all of them are. you should stay away from them", chan warned.
"don't you think you're judging them too quickly?" jisung reasoned and seungmin, who'd been silent until now, agreed.
"if the others are anything like minho, then i'm not. they're difficult people, you shouldn't get involved with them."
before jisung could retaliate, the bell rang, cutting their conversation short.
