DAEMON's POV

Hindi na umimik si Lhorraine hanggang sa makaalis na sina Ash. Agad siyang tumalon pababa at sumunod naman ako.

"Tell me to kill him and I will do it right away." I told her. She looked at me with those eyes that I've never seen before.

Kasing lamig ng yelo ang mga mata niya. Namatay na ang ningning nito at walang sigla.

"Just act like nothing happened Daemon, wag mo na kong alalahanin. I don't want to ruin your night with Daisy." She said.

I hold her shoulders and forced her to face me.

"Cry..." I commanded.

"As much as I want to, there are really no tears coming out." She said at kinapa ang ibaba ng mata niya.

"Lhorraine..." I'm worried. D*mn worried, as much as I wanted to ease the pain she's feeling right now, I just can't without her consent.

"Ganito na ba kasakit yun? At sa sobrang sakit wala na kong maramdaman." She sighed.

"Lhorraine, just cry to lessen the burden." Lalapit na sana ako para yakapin siya but she shrugged.

"Daisy's looking for you, I can hear her voice." She said.

"I'll take you home." Hinila ko siya sa wrist pero hindi siya nagpatangay.

"Let's go inside."

"Lhorraine!! You're hurting! Gusto mo pa bang dagdagan?!"

"I can handle my emotions Daemon, I wont breakdown infront of them. I won't beg for love nor chances." She said at nagpatiuna ng naglakad papasok sa hall.

"Kanina pa namin kayo hinahanap!!" Bungad agad ni Daisy samin ng makalapit kami sa table.

"Kainan time na." Jana said. Napatingin ako kay Lhorraine with the same cold look on her eyes.

"Are you okay?" Ash approached Lhorraine at kinuyom ko agad ang kamao ko. Hindi siya sinagot ni Lhorraine at nilagpasan lang siya bago umupo sa upuan niya.

Tahimik ang lahat na parang takot magcreate ng ingay.

"L-Lhorraine ayos ka lang ba? Baka gusto mo ng umuwi?" Kristine courageously asked.

Napatingin sa kanya si Lhorraine with her cold stares at ilang beses pang napalunok si Kristine.

"I'm seriously fine." She said at tahimik na kumain.

"I have something to tell you after the ball." Sabi ni Ash kay Lhorraine. Napatingin ako kay Lhorraine and I saw that she glanced at me bago tumingin kay Ash.

"Sige." tipid na sagot nito na walang bahid ng kahit anong emosyon.

"You're not okay." Pagpupumilit ni Ash dito. I bit my lower lip and I couldn't help but get uneasy about this.

"May problema ba?" Napatingin ako kay Daisy when she suddenly held my hand on the table.

Bakas na bakas ang pag-aalala sa mukha niya and I can't bear seeing her like this.

"Wala." I smiled at her at medyo iniiwas ang kamay ko. Ayokong maramdaman niyang nanginginig na ko sa galit.

"O-okay. Kumain na tayo." She smiled at me pero alam ko. Kitang-kita ko na nasasaktan siya dahil sa reaksyon ko.
