Chapter 23

Jasmine's POV

Today's Monday July 23rd. The doctor said I can leave the hospital on August 1st which is next week. I just wish I was already out of here though. I don't understand why they need to just keep me here. But am not a doctor so I don't know what they do. I hope the Fuzz find Johnny's parents and put them in jail. I hope this life does end anytime soon. I'd just miss it. After I get out,I hope things aren't as crazy anymore. It's not fun getting kidnapped at all. I still can't believe I got kidnapped twice. I hope someone comes here soon. I really wanna see someone who's not gonna try and hurt me. I sat up and started looking at the door. Am so glad Soda's out of the hospital. I hope he was able to go back to work. Am hoping am not gonna be fired once I go back to work.

Soda's POV

I get to go back to work tomorrow. I hope Jasmine doesn't end up getting fired once she's able to go back to work. I really enjoyed working with her. Johnny asked me if I wanna go for a walk with him and I said yes. Am actually really surprised he wanted to go with me instead of Pony or Kate or both of them. Maybe it's because of what happened to Jasmine. I wish he'd stop blaming himself for what happened. It's not like he knew his parents were gonna stab her. As we were walking,there was no one around us. No one was walking and there was no cars driving by. "Soda,do you blame me for what happened to Jasmine?" Johnny asked. "Wait no. Of course not. It's always gonna be your parents fault. Stop blaming yourself for what happened. Just because she saved your life it doesn't mean it was your fault" I said. "I know I shouldn't be blaming myself but I can't help it. Those were my parents and they just decided to stab her. They better not stab anyone else in the family" said Johnny. "Johnny please just stop" I said. "Fine I'll try" said Johnny. "Thank you" I said. I started hearing a car drove by. I looked at the road to see a blue Mustang. I saw it park then I saw the Socs get out and walked towards us. I realized that it was Randy and his gang. "Hey Soda. Hi Johnny" said Randy. "Hi Randy" said Johnny. "Hey Randy" I said. "Have you guys seen Jasmine recently?" Randy asked. "Yeah. Did you know she was in the hospital?" I asked. "Yeah. Bob told me. I still can't get over the fact that a ghost is talking to us. I always wish he was still alive but it's not like I could go back in time and stop what happened" said Randy. "It must've been hard losing a best friend" I said. "It was but I'll manage" said Randy. "Randy am sorry I killed him. He was about to kill Pony and I didn't know what else to do" said Johnny. "Johnny it's not your fault. We shouldn't have been drunk. Besides Bob gave you that scar on your cheek" said Randy. "That didn't give me the right to hurt him" said Johnny. "It's okay really. Soda am sorry for what happened to you and your girlfriend" said Randy. "It's okay. I just hope I find the person who got me in the car accident soon" I said. "I'll let you know if I find that person" said Randy. "Thanks Randy" I said. Randy nodded. I heard a car horn hock. I looked up and saw a beat up car park behind the Mustang. When they got out,I realized that it was Johnny's parents. I looked at Johnny and he had his blade out. I guess Randy and his gang are meeting them now.

Johnny's POV

So my parents get to meet Randy and his gang I guess. I wish they weren't here right now. I got out my blade. I watched as the walked closer to us. "Hey guys. Nice to see you" my dad said. "Guys leave. We don't wanna see you" I said. "Oh come on Johnny. We just wanna apologize for what we did" my mom said. "Yeah right. Do you really think we'll believe that?" I asked. "Just leave please. We don't wanna see you guys" said Soda. "Soda your too caring. You don't need to say please all the time. It wasn't our fault Jasmine got stabbed. It was Jacob's idea. Johnny is part of the blame" my dad said. "It's actually not Johnny's fault. It's yours. You guys didn't have the right to stab her" said Soda. "Well it's not like Johnny likes Jasmine anyway or her sister" my dad said. "Actually I think he does if he's getting protected over them" my mom said. "Just shut up!" my dad yelled at my mom. "Dad don't yell at mom like that! She didn't do anything to you!" I yelled. My dad walked over to me and slapped me hard across the face. He then attempted to cut my scar open but I grabbed his wrist and twisted it. "Ow! Your gonna pay for that Johnny Cade!" my dad yelled. He then cut my other cheek. "Hey,you guys should leave before the ghost gets back" said Soda. "I know he won't come back sense he's probably too busy dealing with Jasmine" my dad said. "You know,you guys should we leave" someone said. I looked to my right and saw Jacob Brooks standing next to me. "Oh come on Jacob,I know you want everyone here hurt" my dad said. "If you try to get us in jail then we'll attempt to hurt you guys" my mom said. "We won't attempt to. We well" my dad said. "Well am still scared of that ghost so I really think we should leave" my mom said. My dad slapped her then punched her multiple times in the face. "We're not leaving yet! Just because your scared it doesn't mean you have to act like that!" my dad yelled at her. "Dad enough! Stop hurting her or I'll make you get in jail longer!" I yelled. "Shut up Johnny!" my dad yelled. Mom was looking at me shocked. "Guys just leave now!" Jacob yelled. "Oh heck no!" my dad yelled. I was beginning to loose hope when Randy step stepped in front of me. "Hey guys. If the ghost you guys were talking was Bob Sheldon then he's my best friend and am in charge of his gang now so unless you want me to call him over here I suggest you guys leave" said Randy. "Come on! Let's get out of here!" my mom yelled. "He could be joking" my dad said.  "Um did you guys not see him at court?" I asked. I caused them to ran away. They got in their car then drove away.
