Chapter 6

Jasmine's POV

Today's Friday July 1st. I went to work today. I kinda want to work on the week days this whole summer break except for holidays. I can't believe fourth of July is in three days. Am so excited for that! Am sure it's going to be so much fun! Pony and Johnny just came in. They were helping me with the cash register. Just then Addison walked in. I smiled at her then she smiled back and came to the counter. "Hey guys! Nice seeing you working here Jasmine" said Addison. "I plan to work here the rest of summer break minus holidays and weekends" I said. "That's good to know" said Addison. Just then I saw Johnson walk in. I rolled my eyes as he walked to the counter. "Hey Jas. Nice to see you working here" said Johnson. "Can you just leave me alone?" I asked. "I don't think I want to" said Johnson. "Look if your not going to get anything you can leave" I said. That's when he noticed Addison. He smirked at her then put his arm around her. "I thought you guys broke up" said Johnny. "We did. Am just messing with her" said Johnson. "Well leave her alone" said Pony. "Yeah leave her alone or else" I said. Johnson leaned over the counter and grabbed my jaw. "Listen up sweetheart,your going to do as I say or am going to start hurting you and the people you care about" said Johnson. "And what if she doesn't?" someone asked from behind me. Johnson glared at him then left. I turned around to see Steve with Soda behind him. "You okay Jasmine?" Steve asked. "Yeah. Thanks so much" I said. "Of course" said Steve. I looked at Soda and he looked worried. Steve looked at Addison and smiled. Steve walked over to her and kissed her.

Soda's POV

So Jasmine was getting threatened again I guess. Am tried of people thinking they could do that.Am starting to get worried. I hope she isn't getting hurt as much anymore. I mean it's summer break so maybe they should give her a break. Am glad she decided to work here. Especially with the situation she's in. I still can't believe she got kidnapped by a ghost. That seems impossible but it's true. At least he's letting her have more freedom on summer break. I kissed her then went into the back with Steve and waited for cars to come.

Steve's POV

Why can't Socs just leave us alone? Especially Jasmine. She's already dealing with a lot. I mean,she has that ghost Soc to deal with and a lot of other stuff. Just then a Mustang pulled up in the garage. I sighed then waited for Soda to tell me what was wrong with the car. After he told me,me and him started working on it. It took us about an hour to fix the damn car. I hate fixing Soc cars. I always feel like hurting them but I can't risk loosing my job. I swear I don't think things well ever get better.
