Chapter 39

Jasmine's POV

Today's Monday August 6th. I've been staying at the Curtis house for the past two days. Am surprised Bob hasn't taken me to his house yet. Peter and Ryan hasn't seen me yet sense I haven't been out of the house. I don't think they know where the Curtis house is. Am hoping they never find. Am tried of getting kidnapped. If I could choose who to get kidnapped by it'd be Bob. He's surprisingly a good protector even though I don't want him protecting me and sees protecting my friends and family to. Am glad he's helping them. That means so much to me. Am glad he hasn't taken me with him yet cause I get to spend time with the gang. At least none of them have gotten jumped. If they had that'd be a sign that I should probably go outside. I don't know if I'd go find them but I'd do something probably.

Johnny's POV

I decided to sleep in the lot last night and am on my way to the Curtis house. I looked behind me to see a Mustang. Oh great. I have to deal with Socs now. I wonder what they want. I walked faster and turn a corner but after I turned the corner I heard the car speed up and park next to me. I saw them get out and starts making their way towards me. I tried walking pass them but one of them blocked my path. I sighed then looked at them. "What do you guys want?" I asked. I saw someone walk to the front and I realized that it was Ryan. I crossed my arms after I saw him. "Hey Johnny. Where's Jasmine?" Ryan asked. "None of your business" I said. "Then I guess am gonna have to kidnap you" said Ryan. "Yeah that's not happening. Am not gonna let you kidnap me so Jasmine would come over to your house to save me then you'd let me go. Am not letting her go through that again" I said. Ryan put his hand on my shoulder.  "You listen here buddy, if you don't tell me where she is I'll be at you and later beat her up" said Ryan. "Like am gonna believe that you'd beat Jasmine up" I said. Ryan grinned at me then snapped at his friends and they walked closer to me and started beating me up. After about 20 minutes they stopped. Ryan stood me up. "I'll find Jasmine if it's the last thing I do" Ryan whispered to me. He punched me in the face. Just then I saw someone punch him hard then started beating him up. Ryan got up and glared at the person. "You came here too late" said Ryan. Ryan motioned for his friends to get in the Mustang and they did. I wonder if they were his gang. "If you go near Jasmine your going to have to deal with my gang" I said. "Am not scared of greasers greaser. I don't care if a rumble happens" said Ryan. He walked over to his Mustang and drove away. The person who saved me turned around and it was Bob. "Thanks for the save" I said. "Yeah" said Bob. I started walking slowly to the Curtis house. My vision started getting blurry each step I took. Bob tried to stop but I pushed him aside. I fell to the ground then I blacked out. When I woke up I was at the hospital. I noticed that Jasmine, Kate and the gang was near me. I wonder how I got here. I must've been passed out.

Bob's POV

I tried to stop Johnny from walking to the Curtis house sense he looked all beat me but he pushed me away. I then saw him fall to the ground then he blacked out. Am gonna kill Ryan for this. I went to my house and put a sweatshirt on and put on the hood and teleported back to Johnny. I took him to the hospital. Luckily he got a room right away. I called the Curtis house hoping someone would answer. "Hello?" someone asked. I realized that it was Darry. "Hi Darry. This is Bob" I said. "What do you want?" Darry asked. "Johnny is in the hospital. Some Socs were beating him up. I don't know how long they were beating him up sense I got to him late but it looked they were beating him up for a long time" I said. "Okay we'll right there" said Darry. "Okay" I said. I then hanged up. I hope Johnny doesn't die.
