Chapter 34

I was sitting on the bed looking up at the guy who was now paving the room. It was a little hard because after four steps he would turn back around and take about four steps, the room wasn't that big. The desk on the another side was taking over the area. His had was on his chin with his other in his front jean pocket.

I farrow my eyebrows wondering what he was thinking. After the hospital Colton took James and I back to our dorms but Colton is now at mine. When I got her Jess wasn't anywhere to be found so I sent her a text message wondering where she was. She only told me that she was going to be staying over a friend place tonight.

"I got nothing." Colton finally speaks looking at me.

I'm confused now. "What?"

There is a smile on his lips as he chuckles. "Your cute when your confused." He walks over to me and kneels down between my legs. "I'm trying to figure out what I can do to get Ben away from you and in a mental hospital."

My eyes widen as I look at his expression. "No...no we are not doing that. Colton I want to avoid him but make him angry I-" Colton oust his finger on my lips to shush me.

"Why not? He could be in one."

"I don't think that's the way to go."

"I will do anything to make Ben suffer more then you did." Colton says puts his hands on my waist. "I'm not going to let him hurt you."

"It's not that I'm scared I just don't want you or the others to get hurt." I say putting a hand on his cheek. "Please Colton just leave it for now."

He hesitated but nods his head while moving closer to me. Our faces inches apart and his lips. Oh how I want to kiss his lips so bad. But then my mind goes to the guy that I kissed two days ago. Brent's face popes him my head as I look at Colton who's is now watching me as he stays inches away from my face. I didn't mean to kiss Brent and that kiss was nothing. It was like kissing my brother which I have never done but you get what I mean. I love Colton.

Just when his lips are about to press onto mine the words that I was supposed to register in my mind just came out. "I kissed Brent." My eyes search for Colton's as he looks at me frozen.

"What?" He questions. He's now looking at me with hurt in his eyes.

"I kissed Brent, well actually Brent kissed me." I correct myself as he blinks. "It meant nothing I swear, I pulled away from him."

His hands turn into fists as he looks at my lips. I take his hands in mine making him look at my eyes. "Colton I swear it meant nothing-"

The door to my dorm opens and in comes Jess with panic in her face. "We need to leave Marcus and Matt got in an accident."

"When?" Colton says and for a second I thought he was talking to me but he turns to look at Jess.

"Their dad just called me. It was about thirty minutes ago, he asked us to come." Colton gets up with out saying a word to me and leaves the room. Jess looks at him but then at me. I don't say anything as I grab his coat that he forgot to take and following Jess.

"You guys okay?" It was more of a question when she spoke to me as j was walking next to her.

I look at Collins figure who is feet away from us. I don't thing he can hear us. "I don't know I told him something that might of just made everything worse." I say as Jess nods her head.

"What was it?" She asks.

"Brent kissed me." I say as a whisper to her so Colton doesn't hear. If Thales works go to his ears one more time I think he's going to hurt someone.
