Thank you for 55K!!!

Even though we did not reach the voting target for last chapter, I'm dropping the bonus as thank you.💗

Venice getting ready for his day out with Tankhun, was thinking if it was a good idea agreeing to it. Going out to an amusement park will definitely have a large number of people and it wasn't settling well with him.

"Venice, your uncle has arrived. He's waiting for you downstairs." Pete says after styling the boys hair to his satisfaction.

"Pa, you think it was a good idea to say yes to him?" Pete laughed at the question.

"You made the decision yourself right? Besides, your uncle just wants to make up for the incident the other day. Just try to have some fun, okay?"

Venice nods and they made their way downstairs.

"Hey nephew, you're finally ready. Can we go now?"

"Yes we can go now."

Vegas who was leaning against the wall and staring at the two, rolls his eyes. He just didn't like the the idea of his crazy cousin go out with his son but of course, Pete the Mastermind made it happen. He settled his score with him last night and promised to not be against it. Pete will definitely kill him if he says anything about the outing.

"You better keep your promise Vegas, I'll definitely kill you if you interfere." Pete warned, looking suspiciously at Vegas.

"I know that already." Vegas replies.

Venice left the house together with Tankhun for their day out.

"Are you sure it's the amusement park you want to visit?" Tankhun asks. He really had no idea Venice would choose a place like that, considering the fact that he didn't like noisy places.

"Don't worry uncle, I just want to experience something new." The boy replies.

They drove to the park entrance and into the parking lot. The first thing they noticed when they got out of the car was the heat crashing down on them like a burning blanket. It made the air heavier with every breath they took. They could hear the thick clanking of rides moving, the shuddering of rails and tracks, and screams of the passengers.

After seeing the roller coaster from the ground, the doubt of going to the amusement part started kicking in. Venice looked at his uncle and surprisingly, he was staring at the rides with a little bit of fear in his eyes. Venice was amused.

"Uncle, don't tell me you are scared of that? I should be the scared one here." Venice crossed his arms over his chest.

"There's no way I'm scared of that thing. I've been up there on several occasions." He bragged but Venice was too smart to be deceived.

Venice never tried stuff like this so he has no idea how it was going to be up there. But he at least wanted to try, especially now that his uncle looked scared. It was hilarious.

Tankhun payed for the entrance tickets and they made their way to the souvenir shops. The smell of hot dog and popcorn filled the air. Venice couldn't help it and gestured at his uncle to get them for him.

"Tell me anything you want and I will get it for you." Tankhun happily states. This was jackpot for Venice. They went round, buying and eating everything they set their eyes on.

"Venice, should we go on the carousel?" Tankhun asked, trying to play it safe. No matter how much he was being brave in front of the boy, he was scared out of his mind to go on a rollercoaster.

"Isn't that too simple uncle? I'm thinking of going on the roller coaster and the ferris wheel. "

Tankhun's jaw dropped as the boy finished.

"Don't tell me you are scared?"

"Uhh...not really, I was thinking we go from the mild ones before going on the rollercoaster don't you think?"

Venice frowned. He was wondering why his uncle wouldn't admit it when he's scared. He sighed and came to a decision.

"Fine, let's do the the carousel." Venice states. He wanted to do the rollercoaster but if his uncle was scared, he probably shouldn't.

Tankhun after hearing that, happily pulls Venice to ride the carousel. The rode for sometime but Tankhun could tell Venice was not enjoying it. He really brought the boy out here for him to have fun. He shouldn't let his fear get in the way of the boys enjoyment.

"Venice, should we go on the rollercoaster?" The boy's eyes lit up in excitement.

"Are you sure? He tries to confirm"

"Of course I'm sure. Come on." Tankhun held his hand and led him away.

They slowly walked over to the roll of seats and sat in one of the middle chairs. Tankhun sits on the left and Venice sirs on the right. One of the workers fasten them into their seats. Tankhun knew it was too late to change his mind. He looked at Venice and decided to tell the truth.

"I lied Venice, this is the scariest thing ever seen in my life. I'm good watching series, doing Karaoke or going to the club but this is really scary."

"Uncle, I thought I could try this but now that I'm here, this thing looks scary. I'm scared too."

Venice couldn't contain his laugher and laughed so hard. Tankhun found it hilarious they were both scared of the ride.

Their mouth dropped open as the ride began. "Coming here wasn't a good idea." Venice said out loud.

AAAAAAAHHHHH!!! Tankhun screamed. People were screaming everywhere. In front, in the back and on their sides. Everyone was screaming their lungs out. Venice tried to keep his calm as they rise up, higher and higher. From Venice's point, he could see most of the park. People are as tiny as ants from up there. As they reached the peak, his eyes, refusing to look down.

"Open your eyes Uncle. Venice urged."

"Are you sure it's not scary? Tankhun asks still not sure.

"Trust me uncle, it's not scary at all."

After hearing those words, Tankhun finally trusted and slowly opened his eyes.

The small wind pushed their heads against the rubber seats. They could feel the sharp turn and twists because with every turn, their head sways along.

The ride was scary but fun at the same time.

Tankhun looks over at Venice by his side and shouts. "You know what nephew, I just realized sometimes you need to let go and live in the wild side.  This isn't so bad after all. It's actually fun!"

Venice nods excitedly. He held Tankhun's hand and lifts it up as they enjoyed the ride. They went up, down, right, left, upside down and all around. They were having so much fun. They now felt rollercoasters weren't scary at all. They were just scary from the outside.

This was Venice's first major rollercoaster ride and now he wants nothing but go on more rides.

They finally got down from the ride. "It was so much fun Venice, want to try another one?" Tankhun asks excitedly.

"Let's try the ferris wheel then." They quickly headed in the direction of the wheel.

After going from one ride to the another, they were finally exhausted.

"It was such a great day uncle, I had fun." Venice says, trying to catch his breath.

"I had fun nephew, want to do this again some other time?"

"I'd love that."

"Great, let's head home now. Your Daddy Vegas might probably be on his way to look for us."

Rollercoasters scare the hell out of me. Hope it was a fun chapter.
